You also have hundreds of miles of Forest Service Roads open to snowmobiling directly from the ranch.

Water Sports: From whitewater rafting and kayaking, to rowing a drift boat, to Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP), there is something for everyone. In 2014, Bend, Oregon was labeled by Outside Magazine as the best getaway for SUP in the United States.

Trail Riding: The Sisters area is known for large equine facilities and provides excellent access to the Bureau of Land Management property and Deschutes National Forest. From the ranch, one can ride the 3.5 mile trail on the property and miles of riding in the Deschutes National Forest.

Hunting: Located in the Upper Deschutes Big Game Controlled Hunt unit, the property receives two Land Owner Preference (LOP) deer tags and two elk tags each year. The property lies within the Tumalo Controlled Elk Hunting area. While the 2R ranch is not known as a big game hunting property, large mule deer and herds of elk frequent the property throughout the year. There is also descent upland bird hunting in the Deschutes National Forest. Primary species include Blue grouse, Ruffed grouse, and, depending on elevation, California quail and mountain quail.
