About

The 21 Day Purpose Challenge is a web-based activity designed to help individuals find the purpose of their life

The Meaning and Purpose Questionnaire (MPQ) is a psychometric tool that permits people to rate their responses to purpose-related questions on a scale of 1 to 10. It was developed by Dr. Gleb Tsipursky, the President of Intentional Insights and Science Adviser for Planet Purpose. A free version of this tool is available for broad use in web app form at this link, which permits people to track their scores over time, and presents the answers in visual form as charts

At the beginning of the 21 Day Purpose Challenge each participant was given the opportunity to enter their demographic data and complete the MPQ if they wished. Participants were also given the opportunity to complete the MPQ again at any point during the challenge or after it is complete.

Goals

The study of the 21 Purpose Challenge was conducted by Intentional Insights for Planet Purpose. The study posed two main questions:

1. What if any demographic information affects participants’ initial response to the purpose questions?

2. Does the 21 day challenge have an effect on participants response to purpose questions?

Page 5: The 21-Day Purpose Challenge Results (8/2015)

Approach

Cleaned the data to find relevant responses to the questions Looked at participants’ initial responses to questions and demographic

information Compared participants’ first and last responses to see the effect of the

Challenge
