    THE2011 KSE ALUMNISURVEY

    The 2011 KSE Alumni Survey was conducted in October-November 2011. One hundred and seven (107) graduates (out of 482) participated, given a 22percent response rate. We have received the following results:

    salary level without studying at EERC/KSE.

    In addition, EERC/KSE Alumni provided a lot of comments on how KSE might be improved inorder to help students to be more competitive in the job market. These are some of the majorsuggestions:

    KSE should provide more applied (business oriented) courses

    State accreditation would be helpful

    Continue to provide scholarships to top students

    Provide students with training on soft skills.

    More than 90% of graduates have indicated thatthere is a need for the KSE alumni association.
