Place one drop in the palm of your hand and cup over the nose and mouth of your kids. Also consider diffusing in the room before going to school (or at school if possible). Apply a few drops to the heart or diffuse for emotional support. 4. Frankincense: Diffuse to enhance mood and relieve anxiety. Use Frankincense to calm kids when they don’t feel well, or when they are worried, or overwhelmed. Rosemary: Rosemary is known to improve brain performance and mood. Diffuse it before the kids leave for school or when they come home and work on homework. Add a drop or two to your children’s shampoo and use it to wash their hair. You can also rub a drop through their hair while they are eating breakfast before heading to school. 6. When applied to the skin, always use on kids a DILUTED SOLUTION of the essential oil in a carrier oil. The following essential oils below should never be used on babies less than 3 years old but they are good to go for any kid who is going to school, provided you dilute them before applying to the skin. If your kids are sick, always use the advice of a health professional and never auto-medicate.
