Each feeder in the system is chosen to fit specific material handling needs. Weigh Belt Feeders are typically used for pellets, flakes, regrind, etc.

Preblend is typically handled by Loss-In-Weight Screw Feeders. In the preblend stage, Model “PFM” Feeders meter resin, pigment and fillers.

Each feeder model is built in a number of sizes to suit specific application needs and provide the sensitivity needed to meter at selected flow rates.

Model“LWF”Vibratory Feeders meter fibrous reinforcing agents with the consistent accuracy demanded for engineer-ing compounds.

THAYER Mass Controlled Liq-uid Feeders provide precise control by weight of liquid ad-ditives through a positive dis-placement pump.
