SETUP FRIZIONE-CLUTCH SETUP

Dopo aver assemblato il volano e le massette eseguire il precarico della molla fino a raggiungere la quota di ~9.8mm dall’estremità dell’albero mo-tore alla ghiera.

After having assembled the flywheel and the shoe compress the spring until reaching 9.8 mm from the crankshaft end to the spring adjustment ring (09014).

Montare la campana, il cuscinetto esterno (09002), ilcuscinetto reggispinta 09005 (lubrificato con grasso per alte temperature) e il perno di chiusura (09039) con la vite di fissaggio.

Assemble the clutch bell, the bearing (09002), the thrust bearing 09005 (should be lubricated with hot temperatures resistant grease) and the bearing stopper (09039) with the screw (14009).

Spingere la campana contro la massetta e inserire i rasamenti fino a ottenere una distanza di 0.5-0.6mm tra il cuscinetto reggispinta e il perno di chiusura.

Press the clutch bell to the shoe and insert the washers until obtaining 0.5-0.6 mm between the thrust bearing and the bearing stopper.

Sfilare la campana come indicato nella figura e inserire anche il cuscinetto interno (09002).Tra dado volano e cuscinetto interno inserire i rasamenti fino ad ottenere il gioco finale della campana di 0.15\0.2mm come indicato nella figura “5”.Take out the clutch bell as shown in the picture and insert the internal bearing (09002). Insert the washers between the flywheel nut (09007) and the internal bearing until the clutch bell has a play of 0.15/0.2 mm as shown in picture “5”.

05Se valutiamo che la frizione slitti troppo svitiamo la ghiera di registro molla di un 1\4 di giro per volta fino a raggiungere il settaggio desiderato.Se invece la frizione “inserisce” troppo presto avvitiamo la ghiera di 1\4 di giro per volta.If you feel that the clutch slips too much, you want to unscrew the spring adjustment ring (09014) of ¼ turn at the time until getting the right setting.If you feel that the clutch engages too quickly you want to tight the spring adjustment ring of ¼ turn at the time.

SETUP MASSETTE-FLYWEIGHTS SETUP

MASSETTE NON VINCOLATEUNLOCKED FLYWEIGHTS

MASSETTE VINCOLATE MODO 1:-Controllare la rotazione di ciascuna massetta sia libera e senza alcuna interferenza sulla spina.-Possibilità di appesantire le massette con grani M3x4 (14131) o M4x4 (14023), forniti nel kit di montaggio.

MASSETTE VINCOLATE MODO 2 (SETUP FRIZIONE STANDARD):

-Controllare la rotazione di ciascuna massetta sia libera e senza alcuna interferenza sulla spina.-Possibilità di appesantire le massette con grani M3x4 (14131) o M4x4 (14023), forniti nel kit di montaggio.-Per il montaggio standard della frizione, usare tre grani M3x4 (14131).

LOCKED FLYWEIGHTS (METHOD 1):

-Verify that each flyweight can rotate freely and without interference on the pin.-You can add weight to the shoes with M3x4 (14131) or M4x4 (14023) grub pinsincluded in the kit.

LOCKED FLYWEIGHTS (METHOD 2, STANDARD CLUTCH SETUP):-Verify that each flyweight can rotate freely and without interference on the pin.-You can add weight to the shoes with M3x4 (14131) or M4x4 (14023) grub pinsincluded in the kit.-For the standard assembly of the clutch, use three grub screws M3x4.
