Enclosed we have provided you with two (2) Travel Certificates good for roundtrip travel on JetBlue. Please see the Certificates included for specific routings for which the Certificates can be redeemed. Travel is valid for one (1) year from issued date, blackout dates may apply, and redeemed travel is sub-ject to availability and seats may not be available on all flights. Additional instructions for use may be found on the Travel Certificates. The winner is responsible for any additional fees per person, per flight, which include but are not limited to taxes, change fees, and inflight services.

Additionally, please find enclosed the Travel Certificate Acknowledgement form (FORM A) as well as the Acknowledgement of Contribution form (FORM B). We ask that the terms and conditions detailed below are disclosed to the raffle/auction winner and that they sign FORM A in your presence.

Please return the signed Travel Certificate Recipient form (FORM A) along with the Acknowledge-ment of Contribution form (FORM B) upon completion of your event.

Enclosed you will also find our logo usage guidelines and auction signage. It is important that you help protect the integrity of our brand when using our logo. If you are producing any printed items with JetBlue logo or mention, we kindly ask you to respect the enclosed brand and logo guidelines when producing material with the JetBlue logo or name.

Redeemed travel is subject to availability and seats may not be available on all flights. Certain blackout dates may apply. This Certificate is transferable; however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bar-tered, or otherwise exchanged for value without prior consent from JetBlue. This Certificate cannot be sold or traded on auction websites. Customers are subject and entitled to all provisions of JetBlue’s contract of Carriage except denied boarding compensation. Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points. Fees, taxes, surcharges, and/or service charges are the responsibility of the customer. Redemp-tion of this Certificate at a JetBlue service counter is not allowed. If lost, authorization number and PIN cannot be replaced.

VALIDITY• Travel Certificates are valid for one (1) year from date of issue. Travel must be booked and completed within the year of validity.

USAGE OF THE JETBLUE LOGOTYPE

The JetBlue LogoThe JetBlue logo should never be distorted, stretched or manipulated in any way. Please also avoid adding any "digital effects" to the mark. (ie: drop shadows)

Capitalization When the name “JetBlue” appears in a sentence it is always written with the “J” and “B” in capitals. The small “j” should ONLY be used in the logo, never when written out in a sentence.

Registered Mark (®) As a rule, the ® mark should appear once on every piece of printed material bearing the JetBlue logotype.

Logo ColorsThere are three acceptable color variants to insure maximum readability.1 When the logotype is used on a white background, use the blue logotype.

2 When the logotype is used on a light-colored solid, use the solid blue logotype).

3 When the logotype appears on a dark solid, use a solid white logotype.

4 For black and white applications, use a solid black or solid white logotype.

5 When printing in one color, the solid blue logo (PMS 280) is permitted.

Color UsageBlue: JetBlue utilizes several blues for general typography, design, and background enhancement. Each is available for general use as necessary prudent or aesthetically pleasing, with no particular emphasis on one blue versus another.

Protected SpaceThe logotype must be surrounded by a minimum amount of clear space equal to the height of the "B" in JetBlue (see "x" below). The space adjusts proportionally according to the size of the logotype used.
