For large groups or private events, Mastro’s Ocean Club can accommodate parties from 10 to 85. Three elegant private dining rooms overlooking the architecturally stunning Tree House seat

anywhere from 10 to 32 guests each. When combined, thesethree rooms create one large private dining area for parties

up to 85 guests. Each room is equipped withstate-of-the-art audio and visual options.

SPECIAL SERVICES Mastro’s experienced staff is available to assist you with menu planning and other arrangements to ensure your event exceeds every expectation, including audio visual needs, decorations, floral arrangements, cakes f or special occasions, ice carvings, etc.

BEVERAGE SERVICE All beverages are sold on a per drink basis. Cash and hosted bar arrangements are available. Mastro’s award winning wine list is also available for your consideration. In order to ensure availability, wine selections are requested four (4) weeks prior to your event date.

GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT A final guaranteed guest count is required 72 hours in advance of all events. If a guest count is not submit-ted 72 hours in advance of an event, the final number of guests originally or previously booked will be considered your guaranteed guest count. Mastro’s will accommodate all changes in your guest count, as space allows.

GRATUITY, SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX Discretionary Gratuity, Banquet Fee & Sales Tax8.37% Sales Tax, 17% discretionary gratuity & 4% Banquet Fee.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT A credit card is required to reserve space. This credit card will serve as guarantee only and will not be processed for deposit. The credit card on file will serve as the method of payment upon completion of the event unless other arrangements have been made prior to the event. Full and final payment is required at the conclusion of e ach party.

DECORATIONS, SIGNAGE & RULES To avoid damage to furnishings & equipment, signs and decorations may not be attached to walls or tables with staples, nails, tacks, tape or any other adhesive. Please refrain from using confetti. Mastro’s is not responsible and may not be held liable for decorations, equipment or any other property left after an event.
