Year 5 Photography Exhibition It will be Wednesday 11th July 2-3pm and will be

held in the Y5 classrooms. Parents are invited to

come in and look at our photography project we

have been working on this term. There will even

be chance to buy your child’s photo album!

Thank You from School Council

School Council had a great time on their sponsored

walk from school to Hillsborough Park, they have

raised £89 for the Steve Prescott Foundation!

Piano Concert On Friday, Mrs Mansergh will be presenting her

piano students at a concert for their families.

The concert starts at 2:00pm in the Community

Centre, there is no charge for admission, but there

will be tea and cakes for sale! All of the

money raised will be donated to the

Children’s Hospital Charity.

100% Attendance

Pizza Hut Party Tomorrow, we will be sending home invitations to

the Pizza Hut Party, which takes place in school on

Thursday this week!

Children will be invited, if they have had 100%

attendance, AND they have been late to school no

more than once each half term.

Some of our children will have had a one day

absence this year for religious observance … if that

is the ONLY absence they have had, AND they have

been late to school no more than once each half

term, they’ll be getting an invitation to the party!

If your child doesn’t get an invitation on Tuesday,

and you think they should have, please speak to

staff in the office and they will print an attendance

summary and check!

SCHOOL TRIPS On Tuesday, Mrs Vella and Mrs Guest will be taking

four children to the Great Yorkshire Show in

Harrogate. The children won a cheese tasting

competition last time they were there, and they

have been invited back to join the judging panel!

Well done you four, have a great time!

On Wednesday, Mrs Vella, Miss Franks and Mrs

Guest will be taking the ECODErs to the Great

Yorkshire Showground in Harrogate. They entered

their Vegetable Box into a competition, and they

have been shortlisted, they are so excited. Good

luck, we hope you win!

2:00pm to 3:00pm The exhibition will be in the classroom,

please enter through the staff car park in the KS2 building!

Your child has produced a photo album as part of this project, you will be able to see

it at the exhibition, and you can buy it to keep forever!

The album costs £2.00 and you can place your order through school’s online store,

either before or after the event.
