TFM Magazine is designed to be your perfet Christian companion every season. Since it is a Christian Magazine all contents herein have a Christian connotation, As we wind-up this summer, Let me start off with a word of advice. Always pray before you start any project, because it is painful to put all your time and energy into a project that God has not called you into! I have been a victim of this impavious way of life and have learnt my lessons the hard way! Don't waste your precious time and talents on things that are not God-ordained for you. Find time to be alone with God, tell Him all your desires and allow Him to reaffirm His plans for you. God tells us

About TFMTFM works in close connection with the Holy Church of Jesus, the local church based in Oslo. Apostle Jean Saflo is the Senior Pastor. Services are held in English, Kinyarwanda and Norwegian.

he mission of Trumpet of Faith Ministries is to

assist churches and ministries throughout the world in their effort to bring the gospel to nations and reach out a helping hand to demonstrate God’s love wherever there is a need.

We work with donors, government institutions, churches and other partners to reflect deliberately the role God called us to take by creating different ways of opportunities for people to hear the word of God, biblical training, empowering churches,

pray for people and nations and connecting each of our activity to its biblical foundation. Trumpet of Faith Ministries recognizes the importance of local churches and works hard to support

pastors by providing to them a package of teachings on CDs/DVDs, connecting them to other more trainers according to the need assessed on the field. The TFM do not end by assisting pastors in bible training, but also assist worshipers groups within churches to improve quality of worship and praise songs and bring them to create and provide with anointing best quality of songs either in melodies or lyrics, poems or stories. As the bible strongly recommend us to show God’s love to others, particularly to those in need, we bring to many people an opportunity to

"worship" (shachah) means: "to bow oneself down, Isa. 51:23....to sink down, to be depressed....to prostrate oneself before any one out of honour....Those who used this mode of salutation fell on their knees and touched the ground with the forehead...." In their Greek-English lexicon, Bauer, Arndt, Gingrich and Danker say that the predominant Greek word for "worship" (proskuneo), like the Hebrew, was "used to designate the custom of prostrating oneself before a person and kissing his feet, the hem of his garment, the ground, etc.

Hope is the first step in marriage healing!Hope stabilizes the soul just as faith stabilizes the spirit…

God’s Word encourages you, Jesus Christ wants you to get your hopes up!!!! In fact, the Word puts prime importance on hope! Hope is the first step in marriage healing! Hebrews 11:1 says, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for.” Without hope, we have nothing to use with our faith, and without faith, the things hoped for will never become reality. Hope must be combined with faith for you to inherit God’s promises for the healing of your marriages.

Quit follow the circumstances-follow the word of God!

Foundation TO SKOT F M - i s s u e N o . 2 V o l . 5

Develop a close relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ through prayer and His Word so that He can heal you and your marriage!

www.trumpetnet.org

Hope is a partner to faith. According to Hebrews 6:18-19, hope is to the soul what faith is to the spirit. “God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope offered to us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.” Our soul is composed of our mind, will and emotions. Hope stabilizes the soul just as faith stabilizes the spirit. Faith and hope are vital, an unbeatable combination.

Hebrews 3:6: “…but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our HOPE firm UNTIL THE END.”

Hebrews 6:11: “And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence so as to realize the full assurance of HOPE UNTIL THE END".

Quit%%follow%the%circumstances—follow%the%Word%of%God!

Let go of your marrriage in the hands of God! Stop being in control. This means that you stop trying to talk them back home, stop using the Word of God to condemn them, stop using our children to manipulate them, and stop putting guilt on them.

The above actions are interpreted by your mates as manipulation and control, and they will continue to rebel against them. When you give your husband/ wife to the Lord, there is a freedom from pressure that your mates feel in their souls (mind, will and emotions). Even though miles may physically separate you, there is no distance in the spirit.

God has created your promise through something that already exists in your life through prophecy. If a prophet of God told you that He is going to make you wealthy, that is because there is something in your house that is going to create the wealth. You may say, “The prophet keeps prophesying to me about money and wealth, but I don’t understand why I’m not seeing anything manifest.” You don’t know what is in your house. You need to see what is in your house because your wealth is always in your house. Your wealth comes out of your present experience. Your wealth comes out of your present environment. Your wealth comes out of your present condition. Your wealth comes out of a present situation that you are unaware of because somehow you have been blinded in your mind’s eye. Because you can’t see the full picture of the wealth and prosperity that God has ordained for you, you walk in lack.

Your wealth has to be seen before it can be experienced. Until you see it, you cannot be it. And if you don’t be it, it is because you didn’t see it. When you choose to see it, then you will be it. What I see is what I “be.” What I see determines what I “be.” If you can’t see it, you will never be it. Can I tell you your personal prophecy will begin to give you the vision, the prophet arrives to reveal to you the hidden treasures in your own home? The prophet sees what you have yet to realize it right in front of you. Your personal prophecy will unveil your eyes to the truth that allows you to be.“Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest?” (John 4:35) The professionals knew that factually the harvest was going to come in four months. They had already done the calculations. But Jesus told them to lift their eyes for to see the harvest is to readily receive it. “… behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.” (John 4:35) Jesus was revealing the power to see the blessing first in order to receive it. Isn’t it time you let your personal prophecy reveal the blessings to you so you can see and therefore be that which your heart desires. Is God desire to inspired

We are living in the End Days

...a message from Nick Vujicic, Founder and Director of "Life without Limbs" Ministry.

We beleive that through sharing God's word and personal life experiences, we encourage one another and support each other to live harmoneous and peaceful lives"

NASHVILLE – Evangelist Nick Vujicic told communicators at the a n n u a l N a t i o n a l R e l i g i o u s B r o a d c a s t e r s ( N R B 2 0 1 3 ) convention that through his global outreach ministry, "Life Without Limbs," he is able to see a strong spiritual movement indicating that we are most likely living during the end times."We are extremely excited in seeing how the Lord is reaching out to the world not just through our ministry, but we can see other ministries with moves of God [and] you really start to get convinced that we are living in the end of days, a time when every human being on earth will have the chance to say 'yes, I accept' or 'no, I reject' this Gospel message of Jesus," said Vujicic during the last keynote session of the 4-day

event. "But how will they know unless someone tells them?"The inspirational speaker who was born without arms or legs has taken his message of faith and hope to audiences around the world. This was his first NRB convention appearance and he told the audience that working together as the body of Christ was extremely important."My wife and I, we love to see people set free by the power of Jesus Christ and seeing his kindness communicated in wise and gentle ways in all venues – w h e t h e r i t ' s g o v e r n m e n t a l congresses, seven presidents around the world, or crowds of hundreds of thousands in India," he said. "From Monday through Friday there, by the grace of God, we preached to 350,000 people in five days and 80,000 came to the Lord, Jesus Christ."He added, "That is just one story out of many and I know that it's not about me and it's not even

Why is this conflict

symbolic?….. "

Let me begin by suggesting two reasons why we should be interested in this subject.

1. It is often described as one of the most long-standing, complex and bitter conflicts in the world, and it has profound implications for the peace of the Middle East and the whole world.

2. It raises huge questions about how we should interpret the Bible and understand history as it is unfolding before our eyes today.

Spiritual Interpretation of the Israeli Conflict…

Is it part of the End Time? "I suggest that we need to start by recognising that we are dealing with two basic approaches and that there is a huge divide between them. We are not talking a b o u t t w o p o s i t i o n s o n a spectrum. There is a very major gulf that separates these two outlooks. Everyone of us is on one

side or the other"

HOW DO WE WORK OUT A THEOLOGICAL INTERPRETATION OF THE CONFLICT?

a. Restorationism & DispensationalismThese approaches are not identical, although as we shall see, they share the same starting point. Restorationism is the view that believes that the Restoration of Jews to the land is part of God’s plan for the Jewish people because it represents the fulfilment of OT promises and prophecies. Dispensationalism is the system developed in

the 19th century by J.N. Darby, which takes Restorationism as its starting point, and by using Rev 20 and many other OT and NT passages constructs a whole prophetic scheme, with history divided into seven dispensations and a detailed account of events leading up to the second coming. The starting point of both can be summed up as follows:The promise about the land in the Abrahamic covenant still stands and must be interpreted literally. The Jewish people therefore have a special God-given right to the land today. OT prophecies of return and restoration were fulfilled in a limited way in the return from Exile, but have been fulfilled once again in the recent return of Jews to the land and the establishment of the state of Israel. These events are to be seen not only as signs of the faithfulness of God to the Jewish people but as fulfilments of OT promises and prophecies, and also as significant signs pointing to the imminence of the Second Coming.

If this is our starting point, this will inevitably give us the basic clue as to what God is doing in and through recent history in the land: he is bringing his Chosen People back to the land to bless them, and all these events are part of the build-up to a final conflict and the second coming. This theology therefore provides the basic points of reference for interpreting the conflict. David Torrance, for example, outlines his understand of what God is doing in this

way: ‘God uses sinful Israel as representative of all the sinful states of the world, that through them he might demonstrate his power to the world and show that all nations are sinful and accountable to God ...God is using tiny, unbelieving, sinful Israel to challenge spiritually the whole of Islam and to challenge the world as he seeks to bring us to that day when every people and nation will bow the knee and confess that

HOW DO WE WORK OUT A THEOLOGICAL INTERPRETATION OF THE CONFLICT?

b. Convenant Theology

The basic emphasis here is that there is only one covenant of grace, with Christ at the centre. Its starting point can be summarised in this way:

The Abrahamic covenant and all OT promises and prophecies have to be interpreted in the light of the coming of the kingdom of God in Jesus; the OT must be read through the spectacles of the NT. Because OT promises and prophecies have been fulfilled in the coming of the kingdom in Jesus, the return of Jews to the land and the establishment of the state of Israel have no special theological significance. These two approaches are fundamentally different; I do not think one can ‘pick and mix’. Any other views put forward by evangelical Christians will probably be variations of one position or the other.

I have two major problems with Restorationism and Dispensationalism. Firstly I believe that they misunderstand the way the NT interprets the OT. And secondly, they lead in practice to a very one-sided approach to the conflict, and seem to support what many would perceive to be a fundamental injustice. But instead of attempting to refute Restorationism and Dispensationalism point by point, I want to outline what I see as the only convincing alternative.

These ten themes are summarised briefly, along with some of the main texts related to them.

1. The covenant promise to Abraham about the land is unconditional. But the promise about the land needs to be seen as one strand of the covenant and interpreted alongside the promises about the nation, the covenant relationship and blessing for all peoples of the world. A Christian interpretation of the land promise must therefore be closely related to the interpretation of the other three promises.

Genesis 12:1-3; 15:17-21; 17:1-8 ‘the whole land of Canaan ... as an everlasting possession ...’

What we have here is a kind of ‘package deal’; all of the four strands hang together. We shall see shortly how Christians interpret the last three strands in the light of Christ. As Christians we have no reason to put the land promise in a different category, insisting that only the land promise must be interpreted literally.

c. 10 themes of Covenant Theology

2. Continued possession of the land is conditional. Disobedience to the law of the covenant means that the people forfeit the right to live in the land and will be expelled from the land.

Deuteronomy 4:25-27; 29:22-28Leviticus 18:25 2 Kings 24:20‘if ... you will quickly perish from the land ... the Lord will scatter...’‘the land vomited out its inhabitants’‘in the end he thrust them from his presence ...’Although the original promise to Abraham was unconditional, the Children of Israel can only continue to enjoy the land and live in it if they are obedient to the covenant. They cannot have the land without the covenant of which it is a part.

3. The Tabernacle and the Temple in Jerusalem are signs of God living among his people.Exodus 25:8; 40:34-351 Kings 8:27-30 Deuteronomy 12:4-111 Chronicles 23:25‘a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them ... the glory of the Lord ...’‘this place of which you said, “My name shall be there ...” ’‘the place the Lord your God will choose as a dwelling for his Name ...’‘the Lord, the God of Israel ... has come to dwell in Jerusalem for ever ...’

HOW DO WE WORK OUT A THEOLOGICAL INTERPRETATION OF THE CONFLICT?

If we insist on taking Gen 17 literally, insisting that the descendants of Abraham have a divine right to the land for ever, how do we understand this verse about God coming to dwell in Jerusalem ‘for ever’? As Christians we would want to say that the Tabernacle and the Temple are part of God’s way of preparing his people for the incarnation. How can we insist on taking the land theme literally, but giving a spiritual interpretation to the Temple promise?

4. The promise of restoration to the land is conditional on repentance. Because there is some kind of repentance during the Exile, God brings the people back to the land in faithfulness to his promise.

Deuteronomy 30:1-5Nehemiah 1:4-11 Daniel 9:1-19

‘when you and your children return to the Lord, the Lord will gather you ...’‘I confess the sins we Israelites ... have committed against you ...’ ‘we have sinned and done wrong ...’

God says through Moses and the prophets: ‘If you’re disobedient, I will kick you out of the land into exile; but if in your exile you repent, I will bring you back to the land.’

We see in Nehemiah and Daniel two examples of people who express genuine repentance on behalf of the people. When God brings them back to the land, therefore, he is doing so in faithfulness to the terms of the covenant.

5. Prophecies of a return to the land are linked with spiritual renewal of the nation and God’s plans for the nations. Since these prophetic dreams were fulfilled in a very limited way after the return from Exile, the people continued to look forward to a future national and spiritual restoration. In Ezekiel 36 – 37, for example, there are at least eleven different themes that are repeated over and over again: ‘I will cleanse you. I will give you a new heart and a new spirit. I will put my spirit in you. You will be my people and I will be your God. I will multiply your grain. Then the nations will know ... I will make them one nation. They will have one king ... my servant David ... for ever ... one shepherd. I will make an everlasting covenant of peace. I will put my sanctuary among them for ever.’

c. 10 themes of Covenant Theology continued...

6. The covenant, the torah, the land and the Temple were fundamental themes in Judaism at the time of Christ. Jews looked forward to the coming of the Messiah, who would enable the Jews to drive out the Romans and establish an independent Jewish state in the land, so that the Jews could obey the torah in the land.

Luke 2:25-26; 2:36-38 ‘the consolation of Israel ... the redemption of Jerusalem’Acts 1:6 ‘is this the time when you are to establish once again the sovereigntyof Israel?’This is how the Jewish people felt at the time of Jesus. This was the mind-set of the disciples, and this is the world-view that is reflected in the gospels. These expressions in Luke and Acts all point to the same set of hopes held by the Jewish people at the time.

7. Jesus had little or nothing to say about the land. The reason for this silence is not that Jesus took traditional Jewish hopes for granted and affirmed them, but that all these hopes are now to be understood in the context of the coming of the kingdom of God in and through Jesus.

Africans want to Christianise Norway Excerpt from Dagen (06.07)

Africans want Christians NorwayWhat to bring Norway back to God? Globalization can mean a lot. Last week confirmed the first page of Aftenposten this thesis. Africans want Christians Norway, said first page of Aftenposten (13.06).

It is unlikely that a small spot on the map, Norway and the EU, may be excluded from the worldwide Christian revival in an increasingly globalized world. The wall will fallHow does that work: Jesus movement has become the world's most popular movement. Bigger than Islam. And bigger than communism. For the first time facts suggest that the world's largest religion, Christianity, with 2 billion members, growing the most. And new figures indicate that it now also increasing faster than population growth. Never in church history, Christianity had such revivals as today, especially in Africa and in China, and the most populous new states in the Third World. T h e r e v i v a l g o i n g o n a l l c o n t i n e n t s simultaneously, also in America and Eastern Europe. At an evening meeting in Lagos, amid the Muslim Africa collects Reinhard Bonnke two million people. At one meeting.A poll in the newspaper Aftenposten said recently that only 29 per cent in Norway believes in God. Perhaps the question was phrased in the survey error. Other studies provide twice as high numbers of how many people believe in God. In any case, we are with such figures a completely abnormal country in the world. That will change in an increasingly global world. W e s a w i n E a s t e r n E u r o p e t h a t globalseringstesen voted. Cultural change occurs instantaneously when the ideological foundation of an area falls. 10-15 percent believed in God under Communism. Once the wall fell, it was 96 percent in Russia who say they believe in God, higher than in the U.S..The whole world sees the lack of belief in God as something a little strange and comical. They laugh at the strange abnormal states far up in Europe that is rich, but not God.

When the wall falls with us, we will again be a country that believes in God.2 Corinthians 10:4 tells us to break down imaginations, the wall that keeps God away. We follow developments where globalization will make it to Norway's normal country - where we turn back to God.Is it strange parts of the left side is opposed to globalization? For that was the adherence to Marx, Engels, Darwin, and Freud that laughed out Christianity and stamped what gives life and health threatening Mannsverk.

Prayer for ProtectionThere are many who pray for revival. we have a case about it in this issue of the newspaper. We welcome Christians Flekkerøya, the small Christian island that barely clings to the southern tip of Norway. There they will now raise a bønnemur for people and country. They want Jesus forces back into a nation with disruptive forces, suicide and all kinds of substance abuse and family tragedies. And they want back the Christians provisions for Norway is now at risk. It comes marriage law that Socialists are attacking. It applies to Christians provisions for school and kindergarten that all proposed modified by Bostad Committee and is now out for consultation. It applies to the Christian provision of state who are on the government's agenda for change. We believe that prayer can move mountains. But it may happen that this time there will be such that the change of Norway comes from outside, from globalization. It not only makes two billion people a chance to get food into his mouth and removes hungry during the 20 years that the UN economist Jeffrey Sachs argues.Globalization also means that thousands of missionaries from mission countries will return to Europe with the gospel we gave them.Christianity has grown strong in Africa, said the two ministers on the first page of Aftenposten. It is time that we Africans come here to you to preach the gospel you are trying to forget, says Jean Saflo and Maxime Natzinda. They are welcome.

Find Jarle SæleNorge Idag: 20.06.2007Therefore, they feel richer than us. They put

children into the world and God. Then they are richer as Mother Theresa said.

Our God is a good God. He has been kind enough to me and even trusted me for His work, that’s why I will never give up.

My life has been a challenging one, I have been going through fire, I have been going through flood and nothing could give me comfort, I was shackled by heavy burden beneath a lord of guilt and shame, but one day the mighty hand of Jesus touched me and I am no longer the same.

Meditation in the Bible is different from meditation as a technique of emptying your mind.

In Joshua 1:8, God says to Joshua, "This book of law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it." Biblical meditation is about thinking, pondering, imagining, and speaking the Word of God.

To meditate on God’s Word you think about it over and over, filling your mind and even your mount with it. Meditation will increase your confidence or level of faith in God and His Word. When you think about a problem over and over in your mind that called worry and when you think about God’s Word over and over that’s meditation

Prayer lets us speak to God and meditation lets God speaks to us.

about Meditation as a technique of empting mind, which is an open door to the devil, but I am so thankful to Jesus for He taught me what really Meditation means. And I want to share it to you.

I was desperate and looking for something that could bring me peace and comfort and I was told

Why do Brides Wear White?

Attending a wedding for the first time, a little girl whispered to her mother, “Why is the bride dressed in white?”The mother replied, ‘Because white is the color of happiness, and today is the happiest day of her life.’The child thought about this for a moment then said, “So why is the groom wearing black?”

Running To Church

A little girl, dressed in her Sunday best, was running as fast as she could, trying not to be late for Bible class. As she ran she prayed, ‘Dear Lord, please don’t let me be late! Dear Lord, please don’t let me be late!’While she was running and praying, she tripped on a curb and fell, getting her clothes dirty and tearing her dress. She got up, brushed herself off, and started running again! As she ran she once again began to pray, ‘Dear Lord, please don’t let me be late…But please don’t shove me either!’

Applying the 10 Commandments

A Sunday school teacher was discussing the Ten Commandments with her five and six year olds. After explaining the commandment to ‘Honor thy father and thy mother,’ she asked, ‘Is there a commandment that teaches us how to treat our brothers and sisters?’Without missing a beat, one little boy answered, ‘Thou shall not kill..’

My Dad Makes Big Money

Three boys are in the school yard bragging about their fathers. The first boy says, ‘My Dad scribbles a few words on a piece of paper, he calls it a poem, they give him $50.’The second boy says, ‘That’s nothing. My Dad scribbles a few words on piece of paper,he calls it a song, they give him $100.’The third boy says, ‘I got you both beat. My Dad scribbles a few words on a piece of paper, he calls it a sermon, and it takes eight people to collect all the money!’

The Holy Family

A Sunday School teacher asked her class why Joseph and Mary took Jesus with them to Jerusalem . A small child replied, ‘They couldn’t get a baby-sitter.

Adam’s Ribs

At Sunday School they were teaching how God created everything, including human beings. Little Johnny seemed especially intent when they told him how Eve was created out of one of Adam’s ribs.Later in the week his mother noticed him lying down as though he were ill, and she said, ‘Johnny, what is the matter?’Little Johnny responded, ‘I have pain in my side. I think I’m going to have a wife.’

Five new churches in the Pentecostal heat

By Fuglset WilliamPublished 02.08.2013Pentecostalism is growing steadily. Five new Pentecostal churches were presented at Led13

-Trumpet of Faith Ministries and Holy Church of Jesus Oslo.Pastor Jean Saflo.-Oasis, Soegne. Pastor: Eivind Jacobsen.-Village Church, Randfontein. Pastor: Olaf Bo. Sion, Sandnes Sea.

-Church of reconciliation in Jesus Christ, Oslo. Pastor: Josue Claude Furaha. We see that Pentecostalism has gradually become a movement that is wide-ranging. It is spaning from the newest, "hippest" churches to the old, traditional Pentecostal churches. In the span we think certainly there is room for us, says Eivind Jacobsen.

He is pastor of the Oasis, the parish, one of five churches were welcomed as part of the Pentecostal movement in Norway during Led13 on Friday.

TFM Magazine 28 of 35

In the past, we know that it is time to connect us of something bigger again. We have found ourselves, but we do not want to be smug either.

Oasis, the parish is already working closely with several Pentecostal churches in Kristiansand area. Jacobsen do not think there can be too many Pentecostal congregations in Southern Norway.

There are lots of people who do not attend church yet. I think it is enough to take off, he smiles.

"Pay-back time"

Two of the five churches that join the Pentecostal community, the so-called migrant.

Pastor Jean Saflo the Trumpet of Faith Ministries and Holy Church of Jesus tells us that it is natural to join the Pentecostal movement, since he belongs to the Pentecostal community

country of Rwanda.

It is "pay-back time." Norway has given the gospel to us, now we bring it back, he said.

Sigmund T. Kristoffersen, a year ago you said that we would reach 400 churches in over five years. Do you still there?

Yes, I think so. If we can stand together as movement and churches themselves, and take the responsibility lies on us, so I think we can grow, respond Pentecostal leader.

"Pentecostalism should plant at least four new churches every year»

It is one year since the movement around 300 churches in Norway, and constantly grows. The number of Norwegian Pentecostal churches are now up to 307, according to the head of the Council Leader, Sigmund T. Kristoffersen.

The need to be part of a larger unit is very important. But I also believe that optimism is in motion, and Led13 this weekend that says little about what direction we are mov‐ing towards and the thoughts and attitudes we have is something that attracts, says Kristoffersen.

In the past, we know that it is time to connect us of something bigger again. We have found ourselves, but we do not want to be smug either.

I n a world full of darkness, when time can't seem worseA laugh or three dagger, a hatreds love is converse. We know there is no hope for this world and it's sad to ignore,To swim in our own accepting pity, to kill for a world's prize is adored. When things don't matter and the next day just went by,, The light was gone; I noticed the brochure. It was laying down right by the door collecting dust and mold,I quickly rushed to pick up the brochure and that's when the truth unfolds. It talked about Jesus to the cross that was made of wood. Don't be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good. And then it said words to strike me out of all the things it had to say.It said right there with just three words "He's the way"Struck to my knees without a fight, guilty of who I've become.I couldn't steer this life anymore and that's when the prayer begun.Father, O God will you guide my life one step over one?I knew it was you who saved my life by sending your only Son.My heavenly father who knew my heart before the foundation of this earth,Please take everything you see in my life because now it has no worth. You are what I desire Lord Jesus, please cleanse my heart.Forgive me of my sins. Lord, tell me where to start. This feeling I felt I knew was right, warm in loving careWhen I lifted my hands I felt the light tingling everywhereBlessed with glory in my heart, washed by the blood of the lamb.Adopted by - faith - in the name of Jesus Christ, In the palm of my Heavenly Fathers Hand.

A light causes me blindness, it scares me, so I hide.I don't understand this light, why did it come?So I shield my eyes "it's not there, go back where you're from".It goes back away for a day maybe three,But then it comes back stronger to try and set me free.Free from what do you mean? (as my mind understands)Cluttered confusion "can't you accept who I am?"As I wait for an answer while I sit in the dark,Nothing has happened, in my throat a weary lark. The next day soon a man came to my door, He handed me a brochure and asked, "Do you know the Lord?"I opened the brochure and what my eyes had found to comeGod so loved the world that he sent his only Son. I didn't know what to think, I rudely tried to close the door, But then the man said quickly "wait there's more"I didn't think to pause but suddenly I did,The man said words to strike my mind to think of all my sin.But with a stubborn thought, confusions defeat.A rage of words had passed my tongue temporarily complete."What do you mean?" I said with no hope in my eyes,"There is no God believe me I've tried."And with no brain in my head to think of what I just saidI quickly closed the door and then I went to bed.Three weeks later a typical day, living on.I was bitter, I was sad, and everything was wrong.Sitting, wasting time, "Where is my life?""Is there anybody out there I'm tired of all this strife"With a pin dropping silence, my fist clutching so tight, A breeze brought a whisper that turned into light.I shielded my eyes not knowing what to sayAnd then the whisper briefly said to me "I'm the way"I then looked up confused of what I heard

The SOULS of OSLO are said to have a mission that, the LORD God himself has established to begin a Revival in Europe. According to the leader of the group Mr. Wonder Awumey, in October 2012, God spoke to him through a vision while he attended classes at the Norwegian School of Leadership and Theology. He says he kept hearing the words SOULS of OSLO as though someone was whispering in his ears and it is from that day that he resolved to start the group.

As pentecostalism continues to grow steadily in Norway, a new group has emerged under the name SOULSofOSLO.

MembershipBy Rachel Akankwasa

The mission of the group is God’s mission to bring revival to Europe starting in Oslo, Norway.

The group also has a partnership and outreach program, which aims at bringing together churches thereby breaking physical boundaries of belonging thereby harmonising and consolidating the kingdom of God through one big family of Christians around Norway and world over.

The Group has open membership and currently consists of members from Ghana, Philippines, Congo, Kenya, Uganda and Madagascar. We are a none-profit organisation and we welcome everyone with a talent, who is willing to pour it out to win souls for our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Wonder says God has endowed each and every member of the team with a special anointing to accomplish this mission through the ministration of songs of praise and worship.

Wonder believes God is fulfilling His promise already because according to him, the mission is already working in Norway. So far he says they have received testimonies from people who have been touched by the Holy Spirit during ministrations.

The group consists of members from different churches in Oslo and surrounding areas. This open multicultural, diverse and open membership of the group has aroused interest in various Churches. The group has already received invitations and ministered in two churches in Oslo and Fredrikstad and according to the leader, there are three upcoming events already on schedule.
