TFHC Brochure

The Dutch medical-technological sector has been clustered within the Task Force Health Care (TFHC). For more than

a decade this platform has contributed to the improvement of healthcare infrastructures in numerous and mainly

developing countries.

The platform has realised a unique cooperation and collaboration between NGOs, Knowledge Institutions, local

Governments and the Medical Industry. As a consequence, we truly understand the requirement for sustainable and

performing healthcare infrastructures. The TFHC and participants have a proven track record showing their ability to

set-up, create, implement and support sustainable healthcare solutions throughout the world.

The various participants of the TFHC share their knowledge and combine their expertise in order to maximise the

impact of its goal, namely to improve the quality of life in emerging and developing countries. On a broader scope

the TFHC strives to contribute in achieving the Millennium Development Goals.

Being a nonprofit private foundation, we pride ourselves with the accomplishment in contributing to creating

socially, environmentally and economically improved health infrastructures. We are looking forward to broadening

our network and reach out even further to ensure good healthcare becomes accessible for everybody.

Who we are

The Task Force Health Care (TFHC) is a platform for Dutch

medical-technology organisations in the health sector. It

is powered by Dutch universities, institutions, NGOs, the

medical-technology industry and government authorities.

The TFHC’s focus is on healthcare

infrastructures in emerging and developing countries.

Our mission

To provide a structural contribution to the improvement

and sustainability of healthcare infrastructures in emerging

and developing countries with the maximum use of Dutch

expertise and technology.

What we offer

The overview on the right side illustrates the Turnkey Plus

concept, from healthcare problem to well-managed

healthcare infrastructures. The Netherlands is able to

deliver integrated, comprehensive or on demand

sustainable healthcare solutions.

What we doThe TFHC serves two purposes:

1. It provides a platform in which universities,

institutions, NGOs, the medical-technology

industry and the Dutch government can innovate,

collaborate, cooperate and share knowledge.

2. It is the portal for foreign (potential) partners to

the vast range of healthcare solutions the Dutch

medical-technology sector has to offer.

Our achievements

In the past two decades the TFHC and her participants

successfully realised numerous international healthcare
