Talented recent graduates become enthusiastic college advisers for 1 or 2 years
Employed, trained and supervised by universities

Advocate for students in the preparation and selection
process
Accountable to universities and the schools
Increasing the number of disadvantaged students entering higher education
Increasing the number of disadvantaged students transferring and completing higher
