• Physical Fitness: Attributes that allow the performance of physical activity/exercise.
• Physical Activity: Any movement that results in energy expenditure.
• Training: Exercise program that is planned, structured, repetitive and purposeful.
• Measurement: The assessment of the attributes of physical fitness.
