Shawn/Andrew: Here are, area by area, the hinge decisions as we now know them. Let us know a.s.a.p. if there are additional decisions that are delaying your final price, shop drawings, or construction. Thank you. 1. Main kitchen and breakfast 'Nook': As to the painted cabinets: We picked hinges at our last meeting; these are to be brass, and then stripped. I don't have the model number, but you have it. I assume you'll confirm this all prior to the order being finalized. The latches will be: 'cabinet catch', p 306 of the Crown City catalogue, item 198-F in unlacquered brass (Funtime please make sure these are available in this finish, and also the sizing works/we will need you to recommend the appropriate size/scale) can order in unlacquered brass but will take 8 weeks to receive. The exceptions: There are 2 cabinets, described in the drawings as stain grade in the main kitchen ((a) the tall dish hutch on the east wall, to the right of the main sink), and (b) the tall recessed storage cabinet, on the west wall of the kitchen) These stain grade cabinets are to have Crown City hinge No. 37g, p. 205 of the catalogue (version 7), in a dark finish, vs. the unlacquered brass. We will pick an appropriate hinge color on a tbd basis, and looking to Kurt for color tone on that. Please let us know that these hinges will work. The pulls for the doors/drawer on these 2 cabinets are tbd. The drawer pulls on the painted cabinets are also tbd: please let us know if we mortise in a bin-pull, when you need to know this. 2. Pantry Kitchen: These are all paint grade. Hinges: P. 206 Crown City Catalogue, item 37 j ('olive knuckle hinge'), with Funtime to recommend appropriate size for the cabinet doors; chrome finish (vs. unlacquered brass in main kitchen). This hinge size is 3’ x 2.5” per recommendation from Shawn based on design. Latches: "Cabinet Catch" item 198-F, p. 306 of the Catalogue. Drawer pulls/handles, tbd. Let us know if we mortise in a bin-pull when you need to know this.

Shawn/Andrew: Here are, area by area, the hinge decisions as we now know them. Let us know a.s.a.p. if there are additional decisions that are delaying your final price, shop drawings, or construction. Thank you. 1. Main kitchen and breakfast 'Nook': As to the painted cabinets: We picked hinges at our last meeting;

these are to be brass, and then stripped.

The exceptions: There are 2 cabinets, described in the drawings as stain grade in the main kitchen ((a) the tall dish hutch on the east wall, to the right of the main sink), and (b) the tall recessed storage cabinet, on the west wall of the kitchen)

These stain grade cabinets are to have Crown City hinge No.
