Conference Room Policy
Conference room calendars are maintained on afirst-come, first-serve basis.Before submitting the date and time for your meeting,take into consideration the actual meeting time neededand schedule only the time needed. Numerousindividuals use the limited conference room spaces andyour cooperation is appreciated in giving everyone theopportunity to have access to these spaces.
The conference rooms in Edwards Hall are available for organizational meetings and educational programs related tothe College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences. Requests for exceptions to usage may be made in writing.
Note to Instructors: A conference room may NOT be listed in Banner/Live25 as your classroom.
To make a reservation, contact your administrativeassistant and provide the following information: 1) contact name of the primary faculty or staff person,2) number of people attending,3) phone number and email address4) meeting date, and5) the start and end times of your meeting.

The primary faculty or staff contact is responsible to notifyLinda McGee, [email protected] [email protected] for specific technology needs. If youhave questions about set up and equipment use, pleaseschedule a preview time with Linda McGee or include setup time in your reservation. It is imperative that you startand end your meeting on time.
Food and beverages are permitted in the conferencerooms. Primary faculty or staff contact is responsible forall clean up.
At the end of the meeting, clean off the white boards andreturn the furniture to its original position in the room.Turn off the lights as you exit. You must leave at yourscheduled time.
If a reservation must be cancelled or changed, the primaryfaculty or staff contact sends an email to one of theadministrative assistants as soon as the information isavailable.
There are three options available at Clemson forconference calls. Contact your administrative assistant todetermine the type of conference call that suites yourneeds and enlist her help to make arrangements prior toyour meeting date for billing of long distance charges.• Three-Way: add a 3rd party to an existing phone call;must have code for long distance dialing• Station-Controlled: establish a conference call from asingle-line for 3-30 participants; must have code for longdistance dialing• Meet-Me Conference: arrange a conference call (up to 30participants) at a specified time with a unique 7-digitnumber or 1-800 number; send a request [email protected]
