Short-term rehabilitationOur Rehab Select short-term rehabilitation programs include an innovative array of therapies and specialized support services designed to quickly and safely get patients back on their feet, back home, back to work, or simply back to the highest possible level of functionality and independence. To help make that goal a reality, the Rehab Select Center for Rehabilitation at Albertville offers multiple therapies up to twice a day, as many as seven days a week, as appropriate.

Rehabilitation and complex clinical services include...

Ensuring a safe return homePrior to discharge, our Rehab Select rehabilitation team makes sure each patient is ready for the challenges they will face upon returning home or moving to an alternate level of care. Our therapists may provide a plan of at-home exercises and guide-lines for safely performing daily routines. If needed, our social workers may arrange for wheelchair assistance or other assistive devices. In addition our nutritionists may counsel on dietary issues related to optimum recovery and our nurses may provide important information on wound care and medica-tion management. All of this important planning and preparation will ensure that upon discharge each patient is equipped to successfully complete his or her recovery, resume everyday living and enjoy the best quality of life possible.
