Founded as a tool wholesale company by Friedrich Lehnert in 1978 the slogan used was „From Car to Car“. With the introduction of Common-Rail diesel technology, a new line of business opened up in the mid-nineties addressing the development and production of special tools for this specific field. In this business sector we cooperate closely with the leading global players in vehicle manufacturing. Brake test kit BPK-H

The brake test kit enables efficient and complete testing of air brake systems for the general vehicle inspection and safety inspection according to § 29 of the German Road Traffic Licencing Regulations (StVZO), as well as for fault diagnostics.

Fields of application/technical features

Technical benefits

• The Kretec knurled wing nut makes it easier to apply the wing nut to the test connection, especially in confined areas with difficult access. The knurling enables faster screwing on and unscrewing. Optimal handling is ensured thanks to the ergonomic design of the conical knurled section.• The dual pressure gauge has 2 measuring systems meaning that two pressures can be measured at the same time or compared.• The fine adjustment valve enables a sensitive and accurate adjustment for testing pneumatic ALB valves. Locking of the adjusted pressure is possible by pressing in the handwheel. Practical handling thanks to compact design of housing and pressure gauge.• The external filling adapter for filling the supply reservoirs is screwed onto the tire inflation connection on the pressure regulator up to the stop using a special insert. When doing so, the valve tappet is only actuated to such a degree to open the passage for filling.
