New Consultant | An individual officially becomes a “new Consultant” after Head Office receives and accepts a signed completed Consultant Agreement and a Starter Show. To be considered in any contest as a “newly sponsored Consultant”, a previous Consultant with PartyLite must have been totally “inactive” for 2 full years. Individuals who reside at the same address as the sponsoring Consultant will not be counted as new Consultants in this contest. Qualified New Consultant | When PartyLite Head Office receives and accepts $2,000 in personal Compensatable Sales from a Consultant within their first full month of business (including any sales from previous bonus days or weeks) following their Start Date, that Consultant becomes a ‘qualified Consultant’. Note | The final date a new Consultant sponsored in February 2011 can qualify in this contest is March 31, 2011. Active | To be considered ‘active’, Consultants and Leaders must submit $900 and $1,400 respectively in personal Compensatable Sales, received and accepted at Head Office each business month. For new Consultants, this applies from their first full month of business following their Start Date. Active Unit | To be considered an ‘Active Unit’, the Unit Leader (from the promoting-out date) must submit $1,400 in personal Compensatable Sales and have a minimum of 4 Consultants who each submit $150 or more in personal Compensatable Sales and the Unit Sales must equal or exceed $5,000 in Compensatable Sales, to be received and accepted at Head Office each business month. Start Date | The date a Starter Show and Consultant Agreement are received and accepted at Head Office. RVP Qualification Criteria | A minimum of 6 first level Unit Leaders or above rank, and a minimum of 2 second level Unit Leaders or above rank. 1 The trip contest periods are August 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011. 2 Successful qualifiers for the trip will be notified in early April 2011. Your notification will include information to enable you to confirm your registration. 3 Acceptance must be confirmed in writing by April 15, 2011. 4 Consultants and Leaders who qualify for the trip but are unable to attend will receive a $1,000 PartyLite Gift Certificate. 5 Guests must be at least 18 years of age, and may NOT be another Consultant or another Consultant’s spouse or child. The name of the guest must be advised to Head Office, and the ‘buy in’ package be paid for, by April 15, 2011. If Head Office does not receive the name, or the name changes after the deadline, the trip qualifier will be required to pay for all hotel and / or airline penalties if applicable. 6 Anyone not taking a guest will be required to share a room. Please note that PartyLite cannot guarantee your choice of room-mate. trip qualificationTo qualify for your place on the trip to Fiji, you need to ensure that you are one of PartyLite’s top achievers during the contest periods. The trip contest periods are from August 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011.

All participants need to achieve these 3 basic requirements during the trip contest period:

• Be personally active* each month from August 2010 to March 2011 inclusive; • Personally Sponsor a minimum of 5 qualified* new Consultants• Achieve a minimum of 23,750 trip points.

Of course, the more Sales, Sponsorships and Leadership promote outs you achieve during the contest periods, the more trip points you’ll have banked towards your incredible Five Star trip to Fiji!

This excludes rvPs & SrvPs who qualify to bring a guest free*.

1 SPoNSoRShIP (August 1,2010 to February 28, 2011 inclusive) To be eligible to receive Sponsoring points for the trip contest, Consultants and Leaders must personally sponsor a total of five new Consultants during the contest. Note: All new Consultant Agreements and Starter Shows must be received and accepted at Head Office by February 28, 2011. Consultants sponsored in February have until March 31, 2011 to become a qualified Consultant. Sponsorship points will not be awarded for re-activated Consultants.

2 LeADeRShIP DeVeLoPMeNT (Promotions effective September 1, 2010 to April 1, 2011) Become a new Unit Leader = 5,000 points Promote-out a new Unit Leader = 5,000 points To receive Leadership Development points new Unit Leaders must promote out effective September 1, 2010 to April 1, 2011 as a result of activity during the contest periods. Leaders will receive Leadership Development points for promoting-out a new Unit Leader provided both the existing Leader and the new Unit Leader (from the date of promoting-out) maintain Active Units* each month from September 2010 to March 2011 inclusive.

3 MoNThLy CoMPeNSATABLe SALeS (January 1, 2011 - March 31, 2011 inclusive) Every $1 in personal Compensatable Sales = 1 point All personal Compensatable Sales must be received and accepted at Head Office each month during the second contest period, i.e. by January 31, February 28, and March 31, 2011.

4 BoNUS PoINTS Bonus points will be offered from time to time during the contest periods. Please refer to your monthly promotions included with reflections magazine.

5 DoUBLe PoINTS - SALeS (For 1 month only depending on Consultant Start Date*) Every $1 in personal compensatable Sales = 2 points To be eligible to retain Bonus Points or Double Points - Sales, Consultants and Leaders must remain active* from the time they earn the Bonus or Double Points to the end of the second contest period. Shows must be received and accepted by the final business day of the month in which the Bonus or Double Points are earned.
