1. This certificate is valid for 5 days and 4 nights of complimentary hotel accommodations in Puerto Vallarta or Cancun, Mexico.

2. This certificate is designed for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 For children over 12, you will be required to pay $25 per day in Puerto Vallarta and $35 per day in Cancun per child upon check-in at your hotel (2 adults and 2 children maximum). Adults must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license and a major credit card for identification. No students. If married, both parties must use this certificate together. This offer is valid for U.S. residents or Canadian residents from the following provinces: Yukon, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia and the Northwest Territories. To activate your certificate, please see the “ACTIVATE NOW” section on your certificate and choose your option. You will receive a Vacation Planning Form after you have activated your certificate. If activating by mail, please allow 30 days for processing.

3. This certificate is valid for hotel accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, taxes, gratuities, transportation, service charges or incidental expenses. Accommodations are subject to availability. Your completed Validation Form and applicable child fees must be received a minimum of 60 days prior to your requested arrival date.

4. When requesting dates for your vacation, you will need to provide your $100 (USD) refundable room guarantee deposit, payable by check . Dates must be selected 60 days in advance of your requested arrival date. Additional daily taxes from the Mexican government will be an average of $25.00 - $27.00 per day (USD) and must be paid upon check-in.

5. When your reservation is confirmed, you will be mailed a written confirmation. Your written confirmation and two forms of identification (Drivers License and a major credit card - no debit cards) must be presented upon check-in.

6. Notice of cancellation or changes to a confirmed reservation must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 14 days prior to arrival or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your refundable deposit.

7. To reschedule your reservation date, there is a $50 reschedule charge.

8. This is a one time exclusive offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or certificates. This offer is not valid for groups or for attending a convention (no exceptions). Hotel accommodations are subject to Grand Incentives, Inc’s allotment or availability. Should this vacation program become unavailable, Grand Incentives, Inc. has the right to substitute this program with another Grand Incentives Program of equal or greater value.

9. This program is for promotional use only and is non-transferable. It cannot be sold to the end-user without expressed written consent of Grand Incentives, Inc. and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. This vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Grand Incentives, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.

11. Grand Incentives, Inc., its agents, assignees or designees act independently of the hotels and resorts and not as agents or employees thereof, and will not assume responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the services provided by the hotels and resorts.
