Timeout Logouts Users will be able to enjoy longer periods in the Ultranet, with the logout time increased from 15 to 30 minutes.

Passwords Students will find it easier to remember their passwords, with simpler password requirements. This will be particularly beneficial for young students.

Ultranet Update

Bulk Upload Users will now be able to perform a bulk upload to the document library and image gallery.

Content A new Landing Page will showcase new and popular content.

Users will be able to submit content for inclusion in Ultranet Endorsed Content.

Users will be able to create and manage a list of their favourite content.

In addition to eBookboxes, additional high-quality, interactive content items will be available for Years 5–10 Science and Years 7 and 8 Mathematics.

• Shows Domains and Dimensions for whole class with no student names -- ‘big picture’ view of VELS levels

• It is a ‘static’ report however can be downloaded and manipulated.

NOTE: There are plans to add an extra tab added titled ‘Student Report’ This will be developed in 2012 and tested with a small group of schools.

The intention is that this will pull together all data for a student report to replace the current report and will be introduced state wide in 2013

NOTE:•These reports use a ‘pivot table’ which will allow you to manipulate how the data is displayed. Where you drag a ‘sub-heading’ will determine how data is displayed.•There is no ‘save’ option so there is a need to extract manipulated data (this option is being developed)
