In this busy world, we sometimes forget to
say what's in our hearts. But this Sunday seems the perfect time to let
our fathers and grand-fathers know how much
they mean to us.
To all our Dads, we wish you a happy
Fathers Day.

High Life Youth Group visit
Last week we enjoyed the music ministry of Endless Praise, a young adult Christian Band who were special guest presenters for our Week of Worship. Their music and testimonies were enjoyed by all and challenged the students to live for God and others. WOW culminated on Friday night at our Lighthouse Concert. Once again, Endless Praise had something for everyone, from the very young to the very wise! Thank you EP for visiting us
at our College.
On Tuesday 30th August professional saxophonist Reggie Dabbs from Florida USA, visited our College and spoke with our High School students at chapel. Reggie played several songs on his soprano saxophone and spoke to the high school students about
life lessons.

GRANDPARENTS DAY 2016
On Wednesday 24th August our MPC was overflowing with grandparents, parents, extended family, staff and students as we celebrated Grandparents Day. Our students entertained us with music, song and drama, whilst our special guests, “Endless Praise” had the audience captivated with their rendition of Waltzing Matilda and our national anthem. Many thanks to the Mums who donated cakes, biscuits and slices for morning tea and to those who worked tirelessly in the kitchen preparing lunch. A huge thankyou to Thurgoona Bakery for donating the bread rolls for the event. We were able to raise $1280, which will go towards the purchase of new library books – Mrs Jacob
