Companies in all areas of industry are recognising the need for greener, cleaner energy. The switch to sustainable energy is inevitable for us all, as government policy and regulations demand a reduction in consumption and carbon emissions.

In the last few years, numerous new suppliers have emerged and we have seen changing tariffs, various incentives and a mixture of publicity.

Our approach remains the same.

We help businesses to save energy in a way that works for them. By giving expert advice and offering the best and most competitive products available, we design solutions that deliver the highest yield and greatest return on investment.

We’ve installed thousands of systems and grown to become a specialised renewable energies group that offers a whole range of ways to drive down energy use and operating costs. With rigorous standards and an emphasis on service, we help managers, directors, builders and developers to achieve their energy targets.

Our customers are diverse, but they have one thing in common: taking a long-term view of their company, financial security and of course, our environment.

Nick Porter, Managing Director.

Green energy that makes business sense

As the government continues to promote the transition to renewable energy, you may be entitled to funding. You can take advantage of favourable tariffs, government grants and interest-free loans to help with the cost of installation.

We keep up with the latest incentives so that we can point you in the right direction.

Energy savings thatbring strong rewardsAs established specialists in Solar PV, we have a select range of quality panels and inverters that are appropriate for different kinds of buildings and objectives.

Our efficient, professional team will design a system that will achieve a desirable energy yield, while taking financial considerations into account. Any commercial investment must bring strong rewards, which is why we balance energy saving with budgets, warranties and your likely return on investment.

Payback timeThe payback period for Solar PV is an estimated ROI (Return on Investment) of approximately 10%, but it depends on energy usage, incentive tariffs and the rising price of fossil fuels. We will provide a payback calculator for your proposed system, indicating the expected rate of return.

Additional revenue streamBy generating renewable energy, your organisation can earn extra revenue for every surplus kilowatt-hour produced. Export tariffs, feed-in tariffs and green-energy certificates create a valuable opportunity to diversify your income, with a reliable, limitless, long-term source. Supermarkets, industrial units, storage facilities or barns, for example, have huge potential for generating supplementary income.

The future of constructionEnergy efficiency has become a priority in new build and refurbishment projects, with target ratings already in place. We work alongside architects and planners to help them meet the challenges of low-energy construction.

It is not just new buildings that are affected by the increasingly tight regulations. All buildings now have to achieve a minimum EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating for sale or letting, as part of the government’s ongoing programme to reduce our carbon footprint. Solar PV and other renewable energy options are an excellent way to enhance your property portfolio in the long term.

A warm welcome to renewable energySureflow Solutions offers a wide range of water and heating services, from solar thermal installations and heat pumps to boiler upgrades.

Our dedicated team have many years’ experience and understanding of how to create efficient plumbing and heating systems. We keep up to date with the latest innovations, products and regulations, so that we can give you appropriate advice.

Depending on the scale of the building and your energy targets, our engineers can plan and design your installation to suit. Whether you have an existing retail chain, residential new build or a large industrial unit, we make sure every project is viable, safe, effective and compatible with the existing infrastructure.

Energy from the earth and airGround source heat pumps (GSHP) use well-established technology to harness the heat that is naturally present in the ground. Heat energy is transferred through pipes and can be used for heating (and even cooling) both the building and its water. Although the pumps are powered by electricity, a well-designed system linked to under floor heating can generate up to five times as much energy as it uses.

Air source heat pumps (ASHP) are another good way to reduce carbon emissions, by generating renewable energy for hot water, radiators, under floor heating or warm air heating systems. Even outside air at lower temperatures contains enough energy to deliver up to three times the energy input.

“Even buildings with a high hot water demand can generate up to 70% of their needs”.
