CONSTRUCTOR’S SCOPE OF WORK

THE CONSTRUCTOR WILL BE CHARGED OF:

NECESSARY STUDIES, CALCULATION NOTES, REALIZATION PLANS &INSIDE/OUTSIDE CIVIL WORKS & ALL TRADES IN COMPLIANCE WITHGOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICE.

MANUFACTURE, SUPPLY, TRANSPORT AND ASSEMBLY OF THE WHOLE STEEL FRAME, UNDERFRAME FOR FITTINGS MULTIPLE IRONWORK.

THE ASSEMBLY OF THE WHOLE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS, THECONTROLS AT FACTORY, THE DELIVERY TESTS, THE COMMISSIONING,THE SUPPORT OF GUARANTEE FOR DELIVERED EQUIPMENTS ANDVARIOUS EQUIPMENTS DEDICATED FOR THE EXECUTION OF THEPROJECT AS BEARED BY THE CONDITIONS IN PIECES 1 AND 2.

BID BOND: THE BID BOND IS REQUIRED UPON SUBMISSIONOF THE BID AND IT REMAINS VALID FOR 120 DAYS.

PERFORMANCE BOND CONTRACT: ONCE THE CONTRACT ISNOTIFIED, THE BIDDER MUST DETERMINE WITHIN 30 DAYS ADEPOSIT OF 10% OF THE CONTRACT ENSURING ITS PROPERIMPLEMENTATION.

SITE VISITS

THE BIDDER IS REQUIRED TO VISIT AND EXAMINE THE SITE ANDITS SURROUNDINGS AND OF GATHER UNDER ITS OWNRESPONSIBILITY ALL INFORMATION AND INFORMATION WHICHMAY BE REQUIRED TO PREPARE ITS BID AND MAKE ACOMMITMENT CONTRACT.

THE BIDDER SHALL COMPLETE THE CERTIFICATE OF SITE VISITFROM THE MODEL ATTACHED IN APPENDIX C, IT IS REQUIREDTO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE DOCUMENTS OF THECONSULTATION. TO MAKE THIS VISIT, THE BIDDER WILL BEALLOWED ACCESS TO PROPERTIES OF THE CLIENT ON THEEXPRESS CONDITION THAT THE BIDDER DISCHARGE THECUSTOMER OF LIABILITY RESULTING THEREFROM.

1. THE BUSBAR SETS MUST BE REALIZED IN GWS TUBE, DESIGNED FOR CURRENT (4000 A MIN À T = 40°C) TRANSIT AND FOR A SHORT-CIRCUIT STRENGTH OF 12 GVA, ICC = 31.5 KA;

2. 01 INDUCTIVE POTENTIAL TRANSFORMER MUST BE INSTALLED INTO THE MEDIANPHASE OF EACH SET OF RATIO BUSBARS: 220/3 / 100/3 V. THE PRECISIONSTRENGTH MUST BE ABOUT 100 VA AND CL = 0.5.

60KV STAGE:

1. THE BUSBAR SETS MUST BE REALIZED IN GWS TUBE, DESIGNED FOR CURRENT (3000 A MIN AT t = 40°C) TRANSIT AND FOR A SHORT-CIRCUIT STRENGTH OF 3.5 GVA, ICC = 31.5 KA;

2. THE BUSBAR SETS MUST BE REALIZED IN MINIMUM 104/120 MM ALUMINUM GWS TUBES AND MUST BE SUPPORTED BY THE INSULATORS. THE BUSBARS SECTION WILL BE JUSTIFIED BY A CALCULATION NOTE;

APPLY OF THE PREFERENCE MARGIN

A 25% preference margin is allowed to the Algerian origin products and/or to the Algeriancompanies, which capital is hold in majority by local residents.

The beneficiary from this margin is subject, in case that the competitor is a Consortium constitutedby Algerian Companies, to the justification of the shares hold by the Algerian Company and thosehold by the Foreign Company, in terms of tasks to perform and their amounts.

Concerning The Supply Contracts: 25% is granted to products from Algerian origin (On presenting aCertificate of Algerian Origin issued by The Chamber of Commerce),

The preference margin is applicable to the financial offers of the competitors whom passed withsuccess the technical phase.

The prices of the financial offers of the foreign competitors is increased by 25%, in case of MixtConsortium. This rate is decreased following the shares hold by The Algerian Company into TheConsortium.

procedures:After having presented the bills in ten copies of the expedition, it will mean the CLIENT the amount of customs duties to pay.

The prime contractor each one will give him within 7 days. Once the right to remove obtained the CLIENT will proceed with the removal and routing

equipment. After settlement of customs duties the CUSTOMER will present the "D10" and a copy of the

record of clearance to the project manager.

Bilan provisoire

Un bilan provisoire de l’ensemble des prestations sera établi et signé par le constructeur et le maitre de l’ouvrage après la mise en service industrielle des équipements.

Il doit faire apparaitre la situation physique et financière de l’exécution du contrat à savoir :

Effectuer le récolement du matériel

Identifier et noter les réserves du maitre de l’ouvrage

Faire le décompte des pénalités

Arrêter la situation de facturation

L’établissement du bilan provisoire est une condition de la libération de garantie de bonne exécution.

Délai de Garantie – Réception définitif

Le délai de garantie est fixé à vingt quatre (24) mois à

compter de la réception provisoire de l’ouvrage.

Jusqu’à l’expiration du délai de garantie, le constructeur

reste tenu d’exécuter à ses frais réparation, remplacement,

modification….. (voir article 14 – Pièces I & II)

La réception définitif de l’ouvrage sera prononcée à l’expi-

ration de la période de garantie de 24 mois.

30 jours avant la date prévue, sur l’initiative du constructeur,

la visite de réception définitive est faite contradictoirement,

sur toutes les installations de l’ouvrage.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS (FOREIGN CURRENCY PART)

The L/C will be opened in a term of 90 days.

10% of the contract sum un advance (without VAT and clearing fees) payable byBank Transfer after signature of the contract and 30 days after presenting:

Advance bill (10 copies) with the following bank guarantees: Bank Guarantee of the advance back-payment with same value Contract Performance Bond, 10% of the foreign currency part. Bank Guarantee of 10% releasable after establishment and approval of the

provisional balances within 3 months after commissioning of the edifice

THE ADVANCE IS RECOVERABLE AT 80% OF THE CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT.

80% of the contract amount (excluded VAT and clearing costs) will be paid withL/C pro rata of the delivery (expeditions) and to the progress of works, andtraining following the below schedules:

DELIVERY AUTHORIZATION ISSUED BY THE CLIENT COMMERCIAL INVOICE IN 10 COPIES THE ORIGINAL BILL OF LADING AND/OR LTA PACKING LIST IN 10 COPIES CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN CERTIFICATE FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF THE SUPPLY.

THE AMOUNT OF SHIPMENT WILL BE THE ONE APPLIED BYTHE SHIPMENT TRANSPORTERS AND COMPANIES

80% of the amount of the studies will be paid pro-rata and following the studies progress and against presentation of the following documents:

INVOICE IN TEN COPIES STUDIES PROGRESS REPORT DULY APPROVED BY THE CLIENT
