TENDER MANAGEMENT PROCESS

• Financial management with credit institutions, factoring and / or looking for financing lines;• Indicative meeting before the start of working process and participation in meetings during the working process;• Opening the account to the Treasury (the payee pays the performer only on this type of account);• Secretarial and preparation of official documents;• Monthly estimates and monthly statements (payment certificates) for the work carried out and estimates for the works to be executed (financial analysis);• Completion of Additional Works Note - Additional Work Note and Exit Note;• Completion of technical documentation for payment / reimbursement requests, in accordance with the IMO / AMP POSCCE instructions, to be submitted to the beneficiary within 5 days. The Beneficiary will submit that documentation to the Financier, as scheduled;• Preparing the technical worksheet;
