GLUING AND FILLING PRODUCTS / MASTICS

Features: Jolly mastics for marble is formulated with combined synthetic resins. It is mainly used for gluing and filling all types of marbles and natural stones. It has strong adhesive properties, becomes hard and perfectly polishable after drying time.

They are available in Tixo, semisolid and liquid which facilitate application and fast drying properties quicken production lines. The liquid and semisolid versions are perfect for normal applications where as the tixo density is suitable for vertical applications.

Instruction for use:Make sure to thoroughly clean whatever surface area you wish to bond together.

Take from the tin the necessary amount of glue, using clean tools and add 1-3 gram of catalyst for 100 gm of product.

They are available in ten colours – Beige, White, Black, Red, Basaltina, Grigio, Rosa Asiago, Rosso Verona, Jura Scuro, Verde and Dark Straw. Hardner paste is included.

Jolly Glass is based on combined synthetic resins and it is mainly used to weld and fill all types of marbles and natural stones. With its very strong grip, it becomes very hard and perfectly polishable after hardening.

In liquid and tixo densities, Jolly Glass is absolutely clear, suitable for particular works including filling travertine, leaving the typical marble's holes visible, and for artistic or precision works. It doesn't turn yellow with time. It supplied with liquid hardener.

LIQUID GLASS/GLASS GEL FOR WET SURFACE (NEW PRODUCT):

This mastic based on polyester resin is a revolutionary product. Suitable to weld or fill any humid or even totally wet marble. It can be added to water up to 10% of its volume without showing any failure in ht adhesion process. The catalysis takes place by using a traditional Hardner paste.

JOLLY HIGH GLUING POWER (NEW PRODUCT):

This mastic with a superior gluing power is based on particularly tenacious polyester resins, for unbeatable adhesions compared with any other polyester products. It is therefore suitable for all works where a particular adhesion is required, but also provides all the other typical mastics features. Specifically ideal for reconstruction works and gluing works on granites. It is catalysed with hardener paste. Available densities: solid and liquid: available colours: clear and black.

EPOKITT EPOXY SYSTEM (RIVO 50):

The Epoxy System Kit includes mastic and hardener in the ratio of 1:1 in weight, suitable for gluing marbles, granites and stones. The system is particularly needful in critical situations like those surfaces exposed to chemicals and atmospheric agents or particularly fragile supports, also suitable for adhesion between heterogeneous materials (brick, marble, granite, wood, aluminium, iron) and thanks to the high reactivity can also be used at low temperatures.

The Epoxy System, solvent free, has a soft consistency allowing also a vertical application. The improved formula as for laying and the easier application makes it the best solution for all most difficult situations.

The easy colour system allows any marble worker to obtain the right colour he needs for his own mastic, the shade he prefers, totally by doing it himself. Available in white, yellow, red, brown, green and black colours.

It is a revolutionary range of professional products, totally styrene free , with a low environmental impact and exactly the same proven effectiveness as the similar solvent based products.

Also it complies with European directives on environment and safety: the LINEA BLU range of products do not require any health warnings therefore helps to keep the working area free from any chemical risk. Working with the LINEA BLU range does not produce any dangerous waste and can be therefore disposed of along with ordinary industrial waste.

Furthermore, the absence of volatile organic solvents stops the spread of any volatile components into the atmosphere, considerably increasing the performance of the product.

Excellent for all types of filling and gluing works on marble granite: BLU mastic is now available both Tixo and liquid in order to match most of the working needs.

RESINS:

The wide range of polyester and epoxy resins covers all professional end-user's needs , with many different products ,in order to satisfy all requests from modern building industry and restoration works.

Unsaturated polyester resin , containing amino accelerator which allows the hardening of the product even at temperatures around 0°C.Liquid Hardner is included.

R25(RESIN T8,GOLDEN COLOURED):

Clean carefully the surface to be treated. Mix the resin with the enclosed hardener in paste in the ratio of 3-5%. Impregnate the treated slab thoroughly. Wait for the treated slab to be perfectly dry (after about 1 hour) and then start polishing.

BD-24 (Resin T-8,COLOURLESS):

Clear polyester- based resin for marble and natural stones. Colourless and stable to light; suitable for filling and invisible gluing of slabs or to reinforce them by applying a fiberglass net on the underside. Liquid Hardner is included.

BLUE MASTIC WITHOUT STYRENE:

It is two components mastic based on acrylic and methacrylate high-boiling solvents and unsaturated polyester resins with a fast drying.

The styrene free BLU mastic, with low solvent content, does not show any warnings or danger to human health, still proving the same effectiveness as the other solvent based mastics produced by ILPA.

Take back carefully the surface to be treated. Mix the resin BD24M with the enclosed liquid hardener in the ratio of 3-5%. Impregnate the treated slab thoroughly. Wait for the treated slab to be perfectly dry (after about 1 hour) and then start polishing.

SHINERS AND COLOUR ENHANCERS:

EXTRA WAX ,SOLVENT BASE (CERAFLUIDA):

Liquid wax solvent based, particularly suitable to improve the support's brilliance after polishing. Apply a few drops of product on the perfectly cleaned surface, spreading with a clean cloth, and take off the excess with fine steel wool. Light resistant, doesn't turn yellow.

EXTRA WAX ,WATER BASED (CERASEALUX): Liquid water based wax, suitable for floors. Used to clean and protect polished floors from stains and footmarks. It is easy to apply, gives you very high outcome, and doesn't leave any rings. Clean the floor thoroughly, pour a few drops of wax onto it, spread evenly with a damp cloth dilute with water (1 cup every 5 Lt of water). It can be used also for daily cleaning of the marble. Once dry, polish with a woollen cloth or polishing machine.

EXTRA WAX, SOLID NEUTRAL (TEWAX):

Solid wax, polishing and protective, based on concentrated active substances, Easy to apply, increases the “wet look”. Suitable for industrial use, ideal for manufactured products which require a better finish. Lay a small quantity of product evenly on the surface to be treated, using a clean cloth. Polish by vigorously rubbing with a woolen cloth. Better results can be achieved by using a machine provided with felt.

EXTRA DROPS (EASYWET):

It is the ideal products for the “wet look” on all antiqued materials and for finishing all external floors, showing up the original shade. It is applied on all natural materials, stone, granite, marble, with an old- looking finish, flamed, sanded. It also provides a good waterproof effect. Extra Drops is ready to use: apply with brush one or two coats , according to the desired final effect , and wait some minutes for complete drying

EXTRA LUX (TELUX):

BRILLO, SOLVENT BASED (AGER):

The Extra Lux self- polishing varnish is formulated with resins and very selected waxes; the mixture ensures flawless polishing on marble and granite. The formula has been developed to provide the treated surface with a lasting polish, even after exposure to atmospheric conditions.

Lab tests have shown that marble treated with Extra Lux and then exposed to UV- A light for 40 days doesn't undergo any alteration.

Extra Lux has a wide range of application, in all cases where traditional polishing may be difficult: corners, borders, edges, columns, etc, and on elements already installed. It is suitable to obtain “wet look”, even on unpolished display materials: blocks, slabs, tiles, etc. Apply with a buffer, cloth or paint brush, on completely dry and preferable rubbed up material: spread the varnish evenly and without scrubbing. According to desired effect, a second application may be done, approx. 15 min after the first coat. Total drying time depends on temperature, and requires approx 30 minutes.

Liquid silicon based wax, used to renew the polish on marble, granite, natural stones and gres. It can be used to clean and protect kitchen and bathroom ceramic tiles from dirt and smog.

The very high quality components of its formula provide a triple action on treated support removing grease and smog; polishing with highlighting of colours and veins; waterproofing and providing superior resistance to stains like water, wine and oil.

Apply with a clean cotton cloth. After drying, which requires a few minutes, the surface must be polished with a soft clean cloth, it is advisable to work in a well ventilated area.

BRILLO ,WATER BASED (AGER, WATER BASED):

This product is a silicone emulsion for marble and granite. It increases and makes uniform the polish on marble and granite; it covers any marks left by abrasives, and protects the surface from stains. It has a good water-oil-proof capacity.

Brillo water based is a water emulsion which allows transpiring on all treated surfaces.

QUICK:

This cream for marble, granite and stones has been formulated to give protection, polish and shine to all treated surfaces. It water based and odourless formula also permits easy application in all “do it yourself” projects.

The compound, which is free from abrasive agents, doesn't scratch surfaces. Use methylated alcohol to degrease the surface, apply a thin layer of the product with the supplied sponge or by felt polisher, after

drying buff with a clean cloth. Avoid application under direct sunlight or at very high temperatures (over 35°C). Do not dilute and do not wet the surfaces to be treated, consume within one year from production date.

WATER PROOFING AND ANTI STAINING CHEMICAL:

DRAI ,SOLVENT BASED (PROSEAL):

Drai is an excellent waterproof sealent, anti-stain, ideal for marble, granite ,brick, concrete and natural stones in general. It can be used successfully on floors, tables, working tops, kitchen and bathroom tops, on which the absorption of liquids like water, oil, coffee, wine will be avoided.

It doesn't form any film, and penetrates deeply into any type of natural stones. It doesn't turn yellow or change the colour and the look of the treated material, and it allows perspiration. Antistatic protects from rain, smog and grease.

Lay DRAI with a rag or a brush on the desired surface and distribute carefully and uniformly. It will totally dry up in some hours. In order to have the highest protection, it is advisable to repeat this operation several times.

DRAI, WATER BASED (SKUDO MARMO):

Our water based waterproof is a fluorurate hydroalcoholic solution, ideal for treating marble, granite and natural stones (tuff, sanded stones, limestone, etc.).

Due to the very strong link between carbon and fluorine, the fluorurate resin offers very high resistance to atmospheric agents, pollutants and UV radiations. The very high resistance features make this product particularly suitable for external protective treatments.

Drai water based is a protective agent combining very good waterproofing and excellent oil proofing.

Shake the product before use. It can be applied: by sprayng, with rollers or with brushes. For the application of several coats, spread the product wet on wet, due to the fact that the surface becomes hydro- repellent once it is polymerized.

CLEANERS AND OTHER PRODUCTS

CLEAN:

Clean is a universal cleanser, that fit both for professional use and home work. Suitable for cleaning marble, ceramic, gres, and synthetic floorings, without damaging the surfaces. It does not compromise the polishing on marble and it works also in small amounts; it is suitable for any kind of floor's maintenance.

STRONG:

Professional wax remover, suitable for any types of floors like marbles, granites, conglomerates like wood or parquets.

It can be used as it is or diluted with water, better if with hot water in a ratio of 1:1 wet the floor with plenty of water and then rubbing with a brush or clothes.Suitable for old floors, before polishing with wax, in order to get a very good final result.


SH 100:

The crystallizer for marble gives a mirror gloss on floors in marble, terrazzo and similar stones. SH100 has a “glass” effect; therefore it removes the stone's unstable and restores them with the compounds of its special formula, its wax produces a durable final polish.

Our SH100 is highly appreciated for its excellent reaction time and absence of

opacity and yellowing, even a long time after application.

SH100 is ready for use as supplied. Clean the surface to be treated carefully and

distribute SH100, evenly using a spray tool. Then use a single – brush (approx.40

kg) , from 1.7hp to 170rev.p.min; using fine steel wool discs; it is recommended to

treat small surfaces at a time , max 4sqm each time.


PIETRANTICA:

It a compound based on acids and water, suitable to get the antique look on marble, natural stones and chalky materials. It can be used both indoor and outdoor.

Pietrantica gives to the marble that special 'oxidided' look, or the 'antique' look, already from the first coat, the products has to be poured on the surface to be treated in the quantity of a very thin veil, wait for about 5 minutes and then rinse with plenty of water.

EPOXY / HIGH ADHERENCE SYSTEM

EPOXY SYSTEM FOR MARBLE AND GRANITE:

Ÿ Grind the slabs to grit 120 and leave them to dry for 16-20hrs, so

that absolutely no traces of water are found on the surface,

especially on cracks.

Ÿ Mix resin and hardener in the ratio specified by weight and apply

the mixture uniformly on the full surface of granite.

Ÿ Accumulate additional quantity of this mixture over the

cracks/holes. Leave the slabs to dry for 20-24hrs.

Ÿ Polish these slabs starting from grit120.

Is a special concentrated cleaner for removing fatty, oily and greasy substances, general construction dirt, cement and grout smears, wax coatings and film built up from regular cleaning products from polished, honed, satin and brushed composite quartz materials. It is available in LT1 packing.

S46 Composite Quartz Stain Protection:

S46 is a ready to use special impregnator that reduces the penetration of water, dirt, oil and grease into polished, honed, brushed and satin finished composite quartz surfaces. It is available in LT1 packing.

P11Composite Quartz care Cleaner:

Is a mild cleaning concentrate for daily cleaning and maintenance. Highly active ingredients quickly and thoroughly clean and maintain all composite quartz and porcelain surfaces. With regular use, surfaces become more resistant to stains and easier to clean. It is available in LT1 packing.

R 61 – Porcelain Tile Cleaner (CLEANER):

An alkaline base cleaner for polished, honed and textured interior or exterior porcelain

tile. R 61 removes construction dirt, wax finishes, soot, grease and oil. Recommended

for initial cleaning prior to impregnation with S 43 Porcelain Tile Impregnator and for

periodic maintenance.

P15- Porcelain Tile Care Cleaner (POLISHER):

P15 is a mild concentrated cleaner with highly active ingredients that clean and

maintain honed, polished, textured and glazed porcelain tiles. P15 has been

specially developed to enhance the appearance of porcelain wall and floor tiles and

contains special ingredients that enrich the colour and structure of the surface. If

used regularly, a resistance to stains is developed and the tiles will become easier to

clean. Its water-soluble ingredients also prevent the buildup of film usually caused

by soap residue. It is available in LT1 packing.

S35 Stone Sealer – Matte Finish:

S35 is a ready to use colour enhancing surface sealant with a matte finish that reduces the penetration of water and dirt substances into honed, brushed, sandblasted, flamed or riven natural stone (soft and hard stones), agglomerates and terrazzo.

Sealants For Finished Surfaces (Leather Finish, Honed Finish Etc) :

S 43 – Porcelain Tile Impregnator (SEALANT):

A silicone base impregnator specifically designed for polished, honed and textured porcelain tile. For Interior and exterior use. Excellent protection against dirt, water, oil and alkali. Highly suited for bathrooms, kitchens and eating area. S43 is 98% permeable, UV resistant and leaves surfaces looking natural.It is available in LT1 packing.

S37 Stone Sealer – Satin finish:

S37 is a ready to use colour enhancing surface sealant with a satin finish that reduces the penetration of water and dirt substances into honed, brushed, sandblasted, flamed or riven natural stone (soft and hard stones), agglomerates and terrazzo. The colour and structure of the surface will be enriched, leaving a satin finish. Facilitates regular cleaning and overall maintenance, especially on rough and textured surfaces. S39 Stone Sealer – High gloss:

A modified acrylic base sealer which produces a tough, hard, and highly protective finish. S39 protects against water, dirt, oil, and citric acids. For interior and conditional exterior use for rough and textured mineral surfaces. Enhances the colour and texture, while leaving a high gloss finish. S39 is highly vapor permeable, UV resistant, and slip retardant. Not effective on polished, glazed or non-absorbing surfaces. It is available in LT1 packing.

S40 – Jobsite Protector/Grout Release:

A water base acrylic coating for jobsite application for interior and exterior use on all mineral; especially for rough, textured and flamed finishes. S 40 prevents the adhesion of cement and latex/resin modified grouts to the surface, and possible staining that might result from grout pigments. It also protects the surface against other construction dirt, and facilities the later clean up.It is available in LT1 packing.

S32W Stain Protection – Water base:

S32W is a solvent free water based impregnator that reduces the penetration of water, dirt and oil on soft and hard natural stone surfaces, agglomerates, concretes block, terracotta, brick and block paving, clay surfaces and unglazed tiles. Colour and texture will not be affected. It is available in LT1 packing. The colour and structure of the surface will be enriched, leaving a matte finish. Facilitates regular cleaning and overall maintenance, especlly on rough and textured surfaces. It is available in LT1 packing.

Cleaners for Marble & Granite:

R52 Oil and Wax Remover - Paste:

For use on all new and existing interior and exterior natural and cast stone, agglomerate terrazzo, ceramic/porcelain tile and cement surfaces, regardless of surface finish. Comes in paste for; ready to apply. Very effective in removing wax, oil and silicone stains left behind from grouting/sealants. It is available in LT1 packing.

Sealants For Polished Surface :

S31 – Silane Impregnator:

S 31 is a ready to use silane based impregnator that reduces the penetration of water and dirt into all natural stone surfaces (soft and hard stones), concrete and unglazed bricks. S 31 is vapour permeable, suitable for interior and exterior use, and will leave a little to no aesthetic change on the surface. Important: Clean surface thoroughly before treatment using R 55 Intensive Cleaner (diluted) followed by a flood rinse with water and allow at least 24 hours drying (max residual moisture of 6-8%) before sealing.

S34N Stain Protection - Extra:

S34N is a ready to use special impregnator which reduces the penetration of water, dirt, oil and grease into all natural stone surfaces (soft and hard stones), agglomerates and terrazzo. S34N is also suitable for polished surfaces. It is available in LT1 packing.

Clean the area to be treated thoroughly and allow the area to dry for atleast 1 day (max. residual moisture of 2 to 4%). Apply S34N generously and evenly with a natural bristle brush or a roller with short fibers. Repeat treatment for very absorbent surfaces after 24 hours. Any remaining residue can be loosened and wiped off by using a soft clean cloth moistened with S34N.

R54/R80 Stripper Stain Remover:

R54 is a ready to use solvent based stripper for removing old impregnators, wax treatments, vanish film built up from regular cleaning products, asphalt and bitumen, grease and oils from all natural and artificial stone surfaces. Ceramic and porcelain tiles, terracotta and brick and block paving. It is available in LT1 packing.

R60 Moss and Mildew Remover:

R 60 is a ready to use spray on cleaner for use on smaller surfaces. R 60 works fast to eliminate and prevent re-growth of moss, mould, fungus, lichens and mildew from steps, paths, gravestones, walls, garden ornaments etc. Polished surfaces are not damaged. R 60 is also extremely effective for bleaching organic stains caused by things such as coffee, cola, red wine, flowers, berries, fruits, fruit juices etc.

R63 Concrete Film Remover:

An extra strength, fast-acting, dilute acid type cleaner for all new and existing rough/textured interior and exterior natural and cast stone (use the milder R69 interior stone cleaner if acid fumes are a concern). R63 thoroughly removes construction dirt, grout residue, lime deposit, efflorescence, and rust from all surfaces. Not for use on polished/glazed surfaces. Avoid contact with metal; acid/fumes will cause etching. It is available in LT1 packing. R55 Intensive Cleaner:

R55 is a special concentrated cleaner for removing general construction dirt, emulsion paint wax coatings and residual film built up from regular cleaning products as well as oil, grease and light cement film from all natural and artificial stone surfaces. It is available in LT1 packing.

R70 Outside Stone Cleaner – Acid free :

R70 is a special long lasting acid free concentrated cleaner that removes general dirt eliminates and prevents the reformation of moss, mould and other vegetation from paths, patios, walls and steps made from natural and artificial stones and other forms of external paving.

Even externally dirty surfaces will become clean and bright again. R70 does not damage polished surfaces. It is available in LT1 packing.

R 75 – Exterior Stone Cleaner:

R 75 is a special concentrated acid based cleaner that removes cement film, lime scale, mortar residue, rust stains and heavy duty construction dirt from all acid tolerant natural and artificial stone surfaces.

The special rust-preventing additives in R75 make it especially suitable for cleaning rust susceptible hard stones, including those with polished finishes.It is available in LT1 packing.

R77 Rust Remover for hard Stone:

R77 is a ready to use acid based cleaner that removes rust spots and stains from all acid tolerant hard stone. Special additives reduce the development of rust after treatment. Suitable for polished surfaces.. It is available inLT1 and LT5 packing.

R79 Rust Remover for Soft Stone:

Is a special ready to use cleaner for use on all natural and artificial stone surfaces that removes rust sports caused by iron fertilizer, metal furniture, heater leaks etc. R79 contains special rust inhibitors that reduce future rust development. R79 is especially suitable for polished marble and limestone. It is available in LT0.475 packing.

P24 Liquid Stone Soap:

P24 is a mild concentrated natural soap for daily use. The highly active ingredients quickly and thoroughly clean and maintain all natural and artificial stones, brick paving, clay tiles and unglazed ceramic and porcelain tiles. If used regularly treated surfaces increase their resistance to stains as P24 forms an invisible dirt repellent film that helps to support existing impregnation, making regular maintenance easier. It is available in LT1 packing.

P 27 Re-Polishing Powder:

Is a polishing powder for repairing and renewing the polish of marble and limestone surfaces, using special polishing machines fitted with a white nylon polishing pads.It is available in KG1 packing.

P23 Polish Preserver:

A modified water base acrylic conditioner and maintenance sealer/cleaner for all honed and polished natural and cast stone. Exhibits excellent durability. Scuff, scratch, dirt resistant and slip retardant. Creates satin sheen on honed surface and gloss on polished surface with buffing. P23 is UV resistant and highly permeable.It is available in LT1 packing.

POLISHERS/SHINERS :

SINT: (Grain ¾ - Lux 3000)

This is a tool employed in the finishing of marble and marble agglomerates. Special chemical formulas and production techniques give a range of tools that prepare the surface of worked material for final polishing. By applying the Sint series of abrasives in sequence a better finish can be obtained on all types of marble and marble agglomerates, with a reduction in cost per sqm and an increase in productivity. Available in grains¾, 400,500, 600, 800, Lux2000and Lux 3000.

IRINEX FOR MARBLE AND GRANITE: (Grain 36 – 1000)

Tools used for preparing the surface, for ageing, polishing etc. of marble, granite and any other natural stone, as well as ceramic and agglomerates. The abrasive filaments undergo a special treatment against heat ageing and they are particularly suitable to humid applications. The filaments can be normal on reinforced (R). They are suitable to both manual and automatic machines with one or more heads.
