TENANTS GO GREEN A new environmental sustainability initiative at 111 South Wacker
Dear Tenant Contacts and Tenant Sustainability Contacts, Thank you for participating in the “Tenants Go Green” Kick Off meeting today. As requested, below is the link to the Goby LLC LEED Recertification Prezi Presentation and attached are samples of the LEED Comfort Survey and Commuting Survey that will be distributed to you on Thursday for distribution to your employees. Sharing Best Practices 2. Recycle Program Awareness 3. Energy Conservation - Lights Off Campaign 4. Vendors presentations on Green supplies, products and services 5. Launch a Tenant Pledge Initiative 6. Green Building Tours 7. LEED Certification (for the building and office renovations) 8. Chicago Green Office Challenge 9. Promote Hybrid / Electric Vehicle Parking and Bicycle Usage 10. Earth Hour Participation 11. Earth Day Planning and Participation 12. certified LEED-CS (Core & Shell) Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council.
• One of the first multi-tenant
office buildings in Chicago to receive LEED-EB (Existing Building) Gold certification in 2010.
• Launched LEED Recertification
process with the goal of achieving LEED Platinum in early 2015.
