time 3 weeks before the event date).

- Follow up call to the database from ITM or IBB to close the registration.

- On site support by 4 ITM students during the whole day (registration,

photos/video, microphone audience etc.)

- Bi-weekly report of the status of mailings/database follow up calls (e.g. an excel

overview who & when has been mailed/ called/ reactions etc.)
