EVENTSEVENTS
The CI Community Cooking Class and Wine Tasting program will be offering a
series of classes and events for the 2020 fall semester. The pre-scheduled
classes and events are open to anyone who has access to zoom including
those who may live outside the Knoxville area. Individual organizations and
clubs are encouraged to host private classes and events which must be
scheduled separately through the program manager. All classes and events
will be offered through zoom, a web conferencing platform that is commonly
used for audio and/or video conferencing. These virtual classes and events
are intended to bring you together with other people in a new social
environment.
Each month a new schedule will be provided to include a variety of
cooking classes and wine tasting options.
The same great community partners we’ve worked with in the past will be
working with us again to provide great food and wine specials for you.
We will include unique cooking classes and wine tasting options in order
to appeal to everyone.
There will be one registration fee per household.
Zoom links will be provided by email/registration for each class/event.
Fun and knowledgeable instructors will lead the classes/events
The wines selected by the wineeducator will be provided at a
discount through one of our localvendors.
A specially selected and preparedfood tray/board to accompany thewines will be provided through a
specific vendor.
The food and wine will be availablefor pick up prior to the event.

Participants will receive the recipe,shopping and equipment lists prior
to the class.

will be prepped with all theingredients you will need to cook
along with the chef.
Pre-prepped food kits, wines and food trays will be priced according to
the menu selected for that particular event.
Food kits, trays/boards will be for 2 people. Additional kits, trays/boards
may be purchased as needed.
Food kits, trays/boards and wines will be available for those who live in
the Knoxville area only.
A minimum of 10 registrations will be required in order to conduct the
wine tasting events. Events that are canceled may be rescheduled.

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to schedule a private event,
designed specifically for your group or club.
Pick a theme cooking class, such as Italian, vegetarian, barbeque, or
something you are wanting to learn how to do such as knife skills, roasting
vegetables, deboning a chicken.
Or select a particular varietal or a wine from a specific region or country.
In an attempt to keep our costs down, we will be
working with our partners to bring great food and wine specials to you.
