• Times on the hour with MORE than 30 min. (31-59) – – Use “menos”
• “menos” means LESS or MINUS, which is exactly what we have to do… we have to SUBTRACT.

•If you’re on the “y” side … start on the hour you’re talking about. •If you’re on the “menos” side …start on the next hour (hour after) and subtract!
