INTRODUCTION We are pleased to introduce our company, M/s. Telal Al Jefen General Contracting L.L.C is a UAE based venture having office in Abu Dhabi with professionally dedicated technical people who focus their destinations in zenith and mould dreams into reality. As a contracting organization the purpose that worked behind the establishment was to give best service facilities applying most effective technologies emerged recently in the respective fields. The company carries out multiple projects and maintenance contracts through its wide experience at various activities related to General contracting, Electromechanical contracting works, Street light installations & maintenance works, General building maintenance works, General civil works, Fit out and Interior works, Road Works & Excavation Work. We intend to provide excellent contracting services by constantly meeting the client’s requirements of time, cost and quality, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment, through continuous product and process innovation, improvement and training.

We believe in the fact that excellent cooperation always paved the way of achievement to the ambitious goals and generated opportunities for alignment with prestigious partners inside UAE and guarantee for continuous high quality. Since its inception in 2009, Telal has provided fully engineered Contracting and building service solutions to construction projects. Its track record includes some of Abu Dhabi and Dubai’s most prestigious and iconic developments, commercial buildings and residential buildings. We take pride of delivering the best quality contracting and engineering services. We work with the highest degree of professionalism, field supervision, safety and quality control. From pre-construction to project close-out. Our competent team has a clear ability to grasp the complexities of the challenges with each project. We organize and bring forward a realistic plan to full implementation and execution so as to deliver the project on time, within the budget and with superior Quality that will surly ascertain the success of the project. Additionally, our construction supervision progresses on the process of observation, analysis, safety quality control and communication to ensure that the progress of the project is as per the contraction contract requirement. We work with a complete manual system for tracking. We control and monitor high level communication and reporting procedure for suave work progress and supervision. Our ultimate objective is to achieve a full management of our client’s project and to deliver beyond the desired results of our client. Civil Works

Telal Al Jefen General Contracting L.L.C provides a complete range of Civil services though the highly experienced Engineering & Project Management team fully complying with time, cost, safety and quality requirements of projects. Having a fully operational and independent civil division allows Telal Al Jefen General Contracting LLC to execute civil works on its projects with full control and highest quality workmanship. All aspects of civil work are covered; from estimation, technical support, drafting, design support, preparation of shop drawings, subcontracting and purchasing. Additionally, there is a full staff of highly qualified site personnel, including foreman, charge hands and tradesmen, including electricians, plumbers, pipe fitters, ducts men, shuttering carpenters, and all necessary personnel.
