Case Study: Online Admission and counseling program atHaryana State Counseling Society

The tasks to be accomplished:

Establishment and management of 25 seats call centre for the peak 3 months and 10 seats Call centre for remaining period in the year.

  To provide help/support service for admissions, counseling, refunds, etc to

students and parents though phone, email, online chat.

Design & develop a program in of movie or animation, briefing the procedure – “How to appear in online entrance test and participate in online counseling for admissions to various technical courses”.

Design & develop an awareness program of movie or animation for “Why Technical Education from Haryana” for school children motivating them to join technical courses.
