EACH USER BELONGS TO A MAIN GROUP - THE DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION’S STRUCTURE - BUT THEY CAN BELONG TO OTHER GROUPS TOO, GIVEN THE APPLICATION'S TOTAL FLEXIBILITY.

THE MANAGER EVALUATES EACH IDEA, TAKING NOTE OF: PROS AND CONS IMPLEMENTATION COSTS PROFITABILITY FEASIBILTY RELEVANCE AND PRIORITY GLOBAL APPRECIATION

THE MANAGER WILL ALSO ASK TO MOVE THE IDEAS INTO OTHER GROUPS WHEREIN THESE WILL BE BETTER EVALUATED AND IMPLEMENTED.
