ALL of Western NY and the northerntier of PA will again combine for Area

Teens Involved to be held at First BibleBaptist in Hilton NY. We hope you aremotivating your students to find outwhat God has gifted them to do. Re-member that each presentation must beutilized in a ministry of your church

 before Area TI.

TO enable us to get the data processedand schedules set, your registrationmust be postmarked no later than

February 16th to avoid the late fee of $3.00 per teen. Use the enclosed Reg-istration Form. Be sure to complete theinformation on the front and back toavoid delays. Even if you have studentsthat might want to add an entry, send itanyways, and we can add them later.The registration fee is one flat rate of $16 per student. Teens may enter asmany categories as they wish with noadditional cost! There is a $25 church

fee to help us to cover the cost.

PLEASE be sure to read the Teens In-volved Rules and review them with

your students. If you have any ques-tions or scheduling concerns PLEASEcontact us early enough to avoid lastminute decisions that may affect each

 presentation. 

ALL Creative Writing, Video Intro,

Gospel Tract and Media entries must be postmarked on or before February

16th. These entries are judged before

the day of TI.

Any one that has judged or  been a room host at Teens In-volved can tell you what an

amazing blessing it is.

At your next planning meeting, please take some time to brain-storm potential judges. Chil-dren's Leaders and folks fromyour congregation is a great

 place to look. 

In addition to judges we alsoneed staff to set up, cleanup, and

work in the concession area.

We need runners and stat roomhelp to assist us with the entriesand to process the day so that wecan complete things on time. Wealso need room hosts to followthe schedule, introduce each par-

ticipant and direct each room . 

Please contact us concerningthose who are available to help.It’s a great example of what TI is

all about. People… serving.

The early Registration Deadlinewill allow us the time necessaryto put the information into thecomputer and generate a sched-

ule for you and your students.

This tentative schedule will besent to you in advance of theevent. Please check it carefullyfor spelling errors, schedule con-

flicts, missing entries, etc. Howyou spell the name of each stu-dent is exactly how they willappear on every schedule. Con-tact us immediately with anycorrections! It is a challenge to

make changes on the day of theevent. Everything we can doahead of time will help registra-

tion to go more smoothly.
