Tecumseh Theater Presents “Clue” November 20 & 21This year’s fall play, Clue, was filmed completely via Zoom using fifteen different cameras, microphones, and internet services. The show may be viewed in an On-Demand version, which means that people can

watch it at any time between November 20th at 6pm through November 21st at 11:59pm.

Smile! It’s Picture Day Around the DistrictThroughout the district, students were getting their school pictures taken last week. In addition to pictures

for parents to order, composite pictures for the Class of 2021 were taken at the high school.

On Veterans Day, Air Force JROTC Cadets Rachael Chaplain, Hayden Cress, Ryan Lucas, and Charles Smith of the OH-881st from Tecumseh High School performed a flag changing ceremony at Springfield Assisted Living. In attendance were many residents and military veterans. Followed by a twenty-one gun salute and the playing of Taps, Cadets Cress and Smith retired the previously flown flag and presented it to the assisted living’s oldest resident, a 99-year old Army-Air Corp veteran. Cadets Chaplain and Lucas then raised a new flag. Before dismissal, the National Anthem and the Pledge of Allegiance were played to honor our nation's veterans and the sacrifices they made.

Congratulations to sophomore Randy Raether

for being chosen Student of the Week for November 9.

Randy was nominated by Mr. Leathley for working very

hard during 1st quarter remote learning. He always

submitted his assignments on time and worked diligently to

stay ahead.

Junior Madison Riesinger has also been selected Student of the Week for November 9. Madison was nominated by Mr. Hitt because she always has a smile on her face and has a very positive attitude. Madison works extremely hard to do well academically and has impressed her teachers with her grit and determination to do well, while also treating others with respect. Congratulations, Madison!

Cyber Patriot Teams Begin Competition

Tecumseh High School's AFJROTC Cadets have entered 4 teams into Round 1 of the National Youth Cyber Defense Competition, the nation's largest cyber defense competition that puts high school and middle school students in charge of securing virtual networks. 

CyberPatriot is the National Youth Cyber Education Program created by the Air Force Association to inspire K-12 students toward

careers in cybersecurity or other science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines critical to our nation's future.
