• Roadmap Complete!– Almost 8 years later, all of our original ideas are

done.– As well a few that we added along the way

• DDS phase 5 (EPrint).– Delete all your print queues, virtual printers are

here!

• Supported Faxing Options.– MyFax and GFI Fax or any faxing solution that

uses an SMTP gateway.

Backups & Contingency Planning

• What needs to be backed up.– There is no data on there system.– There is configuration information.

• Who’s responsible for the backup.– TSC does not backup these systems. We

assume you do.

• What do we do if the server fails.– Work your plan or rebuild.

Virtualization

• Overview.– A brief discussion on what its means and what

the drivers are to use it.

• What TSC applications can be virtualized.– The questions been popping up more and

more. It’s time to address it.

TSC Software Releases• Overview.

– TSC has made great efforts to move to a annual release format.

– Key fixes are still delivered as needed.

• Key benefits.– This allows TSC to work on better scheduling and

resource allocation.– It opens the door for a much more structured QA

process.

• The 2007 Release.– We think it went exceptionally well.
