Definition:

The transfer of new technology from the originator to a secondary user,

especially from developed to developing countries in an attempt to boost

their economies.

Technology Transfer, also called Transfer of Technology (TOT), is the process

of transferring skills, knowledge, technologies, methods of manufacturing,samples

of manufacturing and facilities among governments or universities and other institutions

to ensure that scientific and technological developments are accessible to a wider range of

users.

In our existing system software or Tools in order to

improve skills and make

organization more efficient.

The Main problem of software making is that the needs of the

customer are mainly exist in the ideal world.

Sometimes customer are ask to make a software which perform

The software do that tasks for which we programed them.

So sometimes the softwares does not meet the requirements of
