2015-16District Funded ReThink Program:

2015-16CEF Funded Technology Program:

Expand 1:1 iPad program into grade 5, which means it is now in grades 3,4,& 5

CEF funds all the iPads in the 1:1 Program – all grade 3-5 students will have a iPad mini2 configured and managed by the schoolThis is a change from voluntary “bring your own iPad”

policy we used for the first two years of the program.New lampless Casio projectors in 22 classrooms (11 funded

by CEF)

1. All iPads/computers used at school must log into the district’s filter system called Lightspeed.

2. A Global Proxy Server is installed on the iPads, which means that even at home the iPad goes through the district Lightspeed filter.

3. Teachers conduct lessons on digital literacy and safety. They also send home information to parents.
