Academic teams will develop a professional development plan for the team as related to technology integration into their curricular design. This will include a review of district and regional offerings with regard to training for device usage and implementation. Each academic team will delegate roles and opportunities so as to rely upon each other for continual support. If there is a lack of training in any particular area, the team will report back to the principal and campus specialist in an effort to bring in or develop such a training for the campus.

1. Initiate the expectation for academic team PD planning

2. Provide time and resources to plan and then train

3. Provide opportunities to share out with teams and faculty at large what has been learned

To ensure the proper accountability and support for implementing technology in curriculum design.

The campus specialist will meet with individual teachers to reflect upon their experience with Phase 1 and 2 of the Educator Preparation and Development Plan. The specialist will then assist as needed in the classroom, even co-teaching lessons for the express purpose of assisting in the implementation of technology for curricular purposes. Eventually, team teachers will perform this co-teach assist with each other in order to both facilitate a reasonable support structure in terms of time and personnel, as well as to become more self-supportive as a team that co-learns together

1. The campus specialist will meet with academic teams and individual teachers to discuss the implementation of phases 1 and 2 of the technology plan

2. The campus specialist will co-teach with some or all of the team teachers in order to provide ongoing support and a smooth implementation of technology

3. Team teachers will continue to support one another as well as co-teach one another in order to become more self-sufficient and team supportive in the preparation and development process.
