Option #1: Interview an adult about changes he or she has witnessed in the way people work. What caused some of the changes? How did he or she react to the changes? Were the changes stressful? What was the impact of the changes?

Option #2: In the style of a newspaper or magazine advice column, respond to the follow question: “I am thinking of changing my career. How can I best prepare for change, and what steps can I take to reduce the stress that change brings?”
