The mission of Techno is to be the leading product and service company serving South Sudan

and entire region of East Africa.

3 Company Summary

Techno is a South Sudanese company, with principal offices located in Juba-Juba town near

Ivory Bank, South Sudan.

3.1 Company History

Techno has been in Petrol product and fuel supply business for two years informally and 1

yearly formally. It was formally registered with the Ministry of Justice in 2014. It has maintained

financial stability during its first two years of operation due to the extensive industry experience

of our management team.

Techno Ltd has a wide distribution network covering all the ten states of South Sudan. It has

also has several suppliers from East Africa. This ensures that there is on-the ground support to

ensure efficiency in product and service delivery to the company’s customers. Techno Ltd has

entered into a contractual agreement with some companies in Kenya to provide product

handling services through the port of Mombasa and the Kenya Pipeline to South Sudan.

Most of our work is concentrated in oilfield operations services, supplying fuel, gases and other

general supplies & contractors working in Palouch, Bentiu, also we supply many local NGOs

and companies like DPOC, NILEPET as well as government.

3.2 Objectives

4 Services

4.1 Upstream

Techno Petroleum also participates in upstream sector which includes partnering with

companies in the search for potential underground or underwater crude oil and natural gas

fields, drilling of exploratory wells, and subsequently drilling and operating the wells that recover

and bring the crude oil and/or raw natural gas to the surface. This includes unconventional gas

as a part of the upstream sector, and corresponding developments in liquefied natural gas

(LNG) processing and transport.

4.2 Midstream

Techno Petroleum Co. Ltd is involved in midstream sector involving the transportation (barge,

oil tanker or truck), storage, and wholesale marketing of crude or refined petroleum products.

Mainly transport systems used to move crude oil from production sites to refineries and deliver

the various refined products to downstream distributors. Natural gas pipeline networks

aggregate gas from natural gas purification plants and deliver it to downstream customers, such

as local utilities.

4.3 Downstream

The downstream sector commonly includes refining of petroleum crude oil and the processing

and purifying of raw natural gas, as well as the marketing and distribution of products derived

from crude oil and natural gas. The downstream sector touches consumers through products

such as gasoline or petrol, kerosene, jet fuel, diesel oil, heating oil, fuel oils, lubricants, waxes,

asphalt, natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as well as hundreds of petrochemicals.

4.3.1 Procurement of Petroleum Products

In partnership with companies in Kenya and Sudan, is able to procure petroleum products from

the major international oil markets, import and transit the pro ducts to its customers in the ten

states of South Sudan through the port of Mombasa. The Kenyan companies has fuel storage,

transportation and handling agreements with Kenya Pipeline, and NOCK. These guarantee

sufficient product handling capabilities for the company’s South Sudanese Corridor Customers.

4.3.2 Transportation

Techno Petroleum Transport has been successfully concentrating on service delivery in the

transport industry since 2014, operating daily on scheduled transport between East Africa and

South Sudan. Furthermore it has transport netwoks in South Sudan. Any load from 1 kilogram

to 40 tons, as well as abnormal loads can also be negotiated to any destination in the Republic

of South Sudan. With a fleet that gets replaced on a regular basis we seek to provide a more

reliable service to customers to deliver on time to mission critical operations.

4.3.3 Petrol Station

We will have filling station facilities which sells fuel and engine lubricants for motor vehicles first

in Juba and gradually to the other 10 states of South Sudan. The most common fuels sold are

gasoline and diesel fuel.

4.5 Construction

MAG Construction offers a full range of preconstruction and construction services. The project
