OVERVIEWTheRiverRoomisastylishandadaptablereceptionspacewithfloortoceilingwindowsthatopenontotheriverwalkway,offeringspectacularviewsoftheRiverThamesandHammersmithBridge.TheRiverRoomisperfectforpreorpost-showdrinks,orhostinganarrayofpressnights,launchesandcelebratoryparties.Italsohasthebenefitofbeingsituatedjustoffourspacious,naturallylitatrium,whichhousessomeofourexhibitionspaceandisgreatasaspilloutarea.SEATINGTheRiverRoomcanaccommodate150standingor100intheatrestyleseating.PLEASENOTE:DuringtheCOVID-19Pandemic,capacityisreducedto45standingand35sittingwithsocialdistancemitigationineffect.THEVENUETheRiverRoomis118metressquarewithaheightof8fttoundersideoffixedbarsandductworkandremovableblindsareinstalledonallwindowstoprovideprivacy.NOfixings(screws,bolts,etc)aretobemadeintoanysurfaceinthevenue.Theperformanceplayingspacecanberaisedusingalternativedeckingifrequired.PleasecontacttheTechnicalManagementteamformoreinformation.SUSPENSION&RIGGINGTherearefivefixedheightInternallyWiredlighting/soundbarsinthevenue.Eachbarissuppliedwithpoweranddataforlightingandsoundequipmentandeachcansupport150kgevenlydistributedacrossthebar.LIGHTINGThereisnofixedlightingcontrolpositionasthisspaceisfullyadaptabletoclient’sspecificneeds.Thereare12non-dimmablecircuitsonInternallyWiredBarsinthevenue.LIGHTINGSTOCK:PleaseseeAppendixAandcontactTechnical@Riversidestudios.co.ukforacurrentplan.PleasenotealllightingequipmentissharedbetweenRiversideStudiosvenuesandsubjecttoavailabilityandadditionalhirecosts.AdditionalequipmentcanbeprovidedbyRiversideStudio’slightingsupplierandwillbechargedasanadditionalcost.PleasediscussanyfurtherrequirementswiththeRiversideTechnicalTeam.SOUNDThereisnofixedsoundcontrolpositionasthisspaceisfullyadaptabletoclient’sspecificneeds,howeverasmallPAisavailableforpresentations,vocalreinforcementandbackgroundmusic.SoundcanbecontrolledthroughDantenetwork,Bluetooth,orHardWired.Additionalmicrophones,speakersandbacklineequipmentcanbeprovidedbyRiversideStudio’ssupplierandwillbechargedasanadditionalcost.PleasediscussanyfurtherrequirementswiththeRiversideTechnicalTeam.

VIDEOVideoequipmentie.Projector,TV’setc.canbesuppliedfortheRiverRoom.AdditionalequipmentcanbeprovidedbyRiversideStudio’ssupplierandwillbechargedasanadditionalcost.PleasediscussanyfurtherrequirementswiththeRiversideTechnicalTeam.ACCESSTheRiverRoomislocatedonthegroundfloorofRiversideStudiosandcanbeaccessedviathemainbuildingentrance.AcoveredloadingbayislocatedonCrispRoadandcapableofreceivingarticulatedtrucks.ThisareaissharedbetweenallRiversideStudiovenuesandthereisnoaccommodationforshortorlongtermparking.Duetolicensingrestrictions,noloadinginoroutofthebuildingispermittedbefore0800hrsorafter2200hrsunlessithasbeenarrangedinadvancewiththeRiversideStudiosTechnicalManagementTeam.STAFFRiversideStudiosdonot,asstandard,providetechnicaloperatorsforperformances.IfyourequireanoperatorpleaseemailtheTechnicalManagementteamandwecanputyouintouchwithatechniciantosuityourneedsdependingonyourrequirements.NOTESAnypracticalelectricalequipmentyouwishtouseorbringinmusthaveavalidPATcertificateandbeclearedwiththeRiversideStudiosTechnicalManagementTeaminadvance.TheRiversideStudiosTechnicalManagementteamalsoreservestherighttorefusetheuseofanytechnical,practicalorconstructionequipmentwhichisdeemedtobeunsafe.Allsetandpropitemsmustbemadeflameretardantbeforebeingusedorstoredinanyofourvenues.COVID-19RESTRICTIONSPleasenoteallvisitingcompaniesarerequiredtoenterandexitthevenuethroughthemainbuildingentranceandsigninatreceptionwheretheywillreceiveatemperaturecheck.Masksmustbeworkatalltimeswhentravellingaroundthebuildingandonemetreplussocialdistancingmustbeobservedatalltimes.Handsanitizingstationsaresetupinallhightrafficareasforyouruseandconvenience.ForfurtherdetailedinformationregardingthevenuepleasecontacttheRiversideStudiosTechnicalManagementTeam–[email protected]
