This Rider is an essential part of the Agreement Contract between the Promoter and Systema Solar. Any Proposal that includes equipment not described on this Rider must be discussed and approved by our Production Manager.

HOSPITALITY RIDER

1. TRANSPORTATION: AERIAL AND GROUND

If the artist travels from Colombia, Avianca or Star Alliance Airlines only accepted. We suggest book flights on airlines that are flexible with excess baggage (2 PIECES PER PERSON) as the band travels with considerable number of instruments and equipment. Cargo list is available upon request. It is important to prevent the group travel at inappropriate times or unnecessary overtime. (Reserve the most direct flight and avoid flights in the middle of the night or at dawn, if not necessary) The local ground transportation must be provided by the promoter, a SPRINTER TYPE OF VAN for 10 passengers for artists and crew, and Van for equipment and personal Luggage.

Please confirm itineraries and transportation with our Production Manager before purchasing any Ticket in Advance.

2. ROOMING LIST / TRAVEL PARTY

Please confirm TRAVEL PARTY with our Production Manager before booking any flights. Production Manager will send to the promoter the official TRAVEL PARTY.

Please Provide a 4 Star or 5 Star Hotels. Any other option must be consulted with our Production Manager in advance. 3 or 4 Double Rooms and 2 Single Rooms.

3. DRESSING ROOM

The PROMOTER should provide a comfortable and safe (logistics personnel and / or duplicate key) with sufficient capacity for 10 people with equipment, with private bath and shower and dressing room. To be used only by the artist. You will also need: 1 large sofa, 8 chairs, 1 table for Catering, 1 coat rack, 1 full-length mirror and a space for artists to be changed, at least one screen.

4. HOSPITALITY AND PER DIEMS

Allowance of USD $ 50 or equivalent in local currency, for 10 people per day is required. In case of no allowances, hot meal of fresh and preferably organic food for 10 people is required. Important: unprocessed food. 10 menus with vegetarian option., poultry or fish. Pizza, Sandwiches or hamburgers and are not accepted.

5. CATERING

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Please bare in mind that this Rider contains Lighting and Video options for small clubs, and small venues. Production manager will decide in advance which option will suite best for the venue proposed by promoter.

1. REQUIRED LOCAL PERSONNEL

1 Local Producer, able to make any technical or logistical decision with full knowledge of all aspects of our presentation. 1 Backline Technician / Roadie for Backline Operation and Support Only. 1 Sound Engineer with full knowledge of the Sound System 1 Lighting Technician with full knowledge of the House Rig. 1 Rigger for Hanging our Backdrops 1 Video Technician to support our Video process.

2. STAGE

Promoter must provide a presentation platform of 12.00 meters (40 feet) wide by 7.20 meters (24 feet) long to a minimum height of 1.20 meters (4 feet). The surface of the pallet should be flat and level, black in its entirety. A black cloth should cover the height Area. The Stage must have side access stairs with handrails and a waste container. If the event is outdoors, the stage and the house mix should have roof and sides covered. The Stage must be protected by a MOJO Type Crowd Contention Barrier.

3. WORKING AREAS

Promoter must be provide a sufficient working area for backline and Monitor world STAGE RIGHT at least 4,80Mx 4,80M. It must be covered and protected. It must the same stage height.

4. FRONT OF HOUSE MIX AREA

Please, Please, locate FOH at an adequate place in the Audience Area to hear and see properly the Stage.

NOTE FOR CLUBS AND SMALL VENUES For performances in Clubs, Bars and Discotheques, we are willing to find the best available solution for the show. All info , previously arranged. For this, sufficient information must be advanced to our Production Manager.

5. POWER

SYSTEMA SOLAR has equipment that work on 110V Phase, Neutral and Earth on Edison Connectors. Please Provide Power Drops as per STAGE PLOT.




6. SOUND

SYSTEMA SOLAR is a collective musical-visual so high audio quality and power is important. It is a show that is loaded with a lot of energy so the sound pressure is essential for connecting with the audience. Professional audio equipment will be installed 3-way Line Array or Speaker System that can reproduce 106 dB SPL in mixing position is ideal. Top to Sub ratio must be 1:1.

PA. Please Advice beforehand any Sound Restrictions. We are willing to work with local rules. ADVICED SOUND SYSTEMS 1. D&B Audiotechnik 2. NEXO 3. L- ACOUSTICS 4. MEYER SOUND 5. ADAMSON Other Sound System should be analyzed in Advance with Production Manager. Sound systems should be properly amped and processed. The number of speakers will be according to the size and capacity of the venue. It is recommended that where possible the system should always be flown. The use of Delays, Infills, out fills , front fills must be analyzed if necessary. A proper shoot of the audio rig within the venue is required to be analyzed (Prediction Software Analysis might be required beforehand. ) F.O.H. MIXING CONSOLE - AVID S6L with 2 HDX Cards. Any Engine accepted. - AVID PROFILE (4 DSP cards of Processing ) - DIGICO SD8 o SD5 - YAMAHA CL5

D&B Audiotechnik M2 or Similar. - 5 IN EAR MONITOR SYSTEMS with its own signal amplifier and distributors of antennas, Hearing Aid. Shure /1000, Sennheiser EW 300 IEM G3.. - 3 WAY STEREO SIDEFILL same Brand as PA and Monitor wedges whereas possible. Should be Passive and properly amped.

13. VIDEO

REQUIERMENTS FOR VIDEO IN LARGE VENUES, THEATERS OR FESTIVALS

- We need TWO 4m x 3m pitch 6 LED screens, UPSTAGE (but maximum 6 meters from front stage) in the center separated by 2 to 3 meters. (SEE STAGE PLOT) (NO PROJECTOR).

- IF YOU CANNOT SET UP THE SCREENS IN THIS WAY, IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH OUR TOUR MANAGER NICOLAS ROMERO IN ORDER TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT AS TO ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE.

- Our light technician will send the video content to your screen from his computer in FOH. - HDMI Connection to processor and from the processor to the LED screens. - A technician should be available to distribute through the processor our content to the screens. - In the case of the two 4m x 3m screens the output content will be 1200 x 450 (8:3) spread on both screens. - In the case of there being additional house left and house right screens the output content will be 2400 x 450

(16:3) spread out on the two center and left/right screens. - The same type of logic regarding distribution of video material in the case of other screen set ups; teardrops

screens etc.

Dueto the nature of the visual set, this being synced to the audio, it is essential that the feed from the computeris

not routed via distribution amps/ matrix´s unnecessarily as this will delay the video signal and putthe video out of

sync. Those matrix’s that will be used should be of highest quality so as to not deterioratethe quality of the image.

REQUIERMENTS FOR VIDEO IN SMALL VENUES: 1. 03 video projectors 3000 lumens or more. 2. Supports for the projectors

3. Splitter form one in to three out HDMI. 4. Three HDMI cables 15 meters long

5. One HDMI cable long enough to connect computer in FOH with splitter. 6. One white cloth (such as Lindasoft or lycra) 12 m (or the necessary size to cover the entire back and sides of the stage. 7. One technician available to set up the cloth, projectors etc. 8. Our Light technician will send the Video Content to your Screens from from his computer in FOH. The objective of this set up is to be able to provide an awesome visual show without the venue having to rent expensive gear.This set up requires more human power then equipment and this is resource venues usually have. (See pictures of previous shows set up in this way and stage plot).
