Place the double facetapep/n 100389031.56 x 7.8mm.
Gently bend the wires over the double facetape.
Place wrap over wires.
Wrapp/n 14027-0027 x 1.3mm.
Bend wrap on both sides of the mic.

Solder the wires as shown.
Qfl ex tubing p/n 10049-101, uncutcut to approx. 6 mm
Silicone tubing p/n 10929-000, uncutcut to 1.3mm
Place the Qfl ex tubing as shown. Bend the wires. Cut the silicone tubing to 1.3mm and place it over the wires.

When replacing the hybrid a resistor p/n 11662-563 56K and a solder bridge must be mounted if a ver. C 1.5 hybrid is used.

Before placing the wrap dip the hy-brid in EGC-1700 coating for 5 Sec. Air dry for 15 Sec. Repeat these two steps.
Place wrap 1, p/n 14027-003 and wrap 2, p/n 14027-001 - onto the hybrid.Cut silicone tube to 7mm and place it over the hybrid.Silicone tube p/n 11509-000, uncut.

Note:All wires must be handled/bent gently in order to avoid any damaging to the insulation. When connecting/soldering the wires they must be held gently with tweezers to avoid pinching and unraveling.

Tool for removing the contact module
Insert Module remover tool p/n 0490-449 as shown on the picture above.Gently press in the same direction as the arrows to release the module.

The tool can be used on both sides. One side to be used for size 312 and 10, the other side to be used for size 13 only.

When working on the assembled faceplate a heat sink (p/n 10158701) must always be used in order to prevent damages to the components.
