【Class of event】 UCI class-2 Men Elite, and Women Elite The race will be run under UCI regulations. Only the UCI scale of penalties will be applied.

【UCI Ranking】 The event is in UCI class 2 and, in accordance with article 5.2.006 of the UCI regulations, points will be awarded as follows for the UCI Cyclo-Cross Rankings: Men Elite: 40, 30, 20, 15, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and 1 points to the 10 first riders of the final classification. Women Elite: 40, 30, 20, 15, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and 1 points to the 10 first riders of the final classification.

【License Control】 License control is opened from 10:30 to 11:30 for Men Elite and Women Elite on October 29,2017 at the race head quarter premise in the grass field. Body bib number and two shoulder bib numbers will be handed to riders at the registration desk next to the license control.

【Timing】 Timing is not measured chips, but it is done manually using a computer program by timing staff.And Judgment camera will also be present at the finish line.

【First aid】 First aid personnel is placed at the aid station near to the Head Quarter.

Distance：3.0Km the course is 3.000 m long, overall flat and includes following sections - meadow 2500 m - gravel road 100 m - asphalt road 200 m - forest path 200 m - Total 3000 m There is one double pit area on the course equipped with water and 3 high pressure cleanings.

【Prizes and UCI points】 A prize is given to the following riders according to the UCI Financial Obligations in Japanese Yen currency based on exchange rate of Jan 1st 2017. Payment of prize money is paid in cash after the award ceremony.

【About 80% Rules in Elite race】 The 80% rules applies only to Men Elite race. The overlapped racers in the last lap will be stopped at 80% point. In that case, they shall follow the instructions of the commissaires.
