ALCOHOL VOL. 13% Vol. ELABORATION Minimum ageing of 6 months in new american and french oak barrels. Rest in bottle during at least 6 months before it is ready to sell. GASTRONOMY Advisable to accompany all type of meats, stews, delicatessen, rices and pasta. SERVICE 61°- 65°F (16° - 18°C). PRODUCTION 380.000 bottles. TASTING NOTES Deep red cherry colour.
