MIXING GROUP

The new HF MIXING GROUP technical center is complete! The existing technical center for the discontinuous mixers business segment has been centralized and expanded with the location in Freudenberg (Siegerland/North Rhine-Westphalia). It is very important for us to enable to our custom-ers to test our machines and automation systems, gain essential training and offer consultations with our experts. With the new infrastructure and the enhanced capabilities of the new technical centre

the HF MIXING GROUP wishes to strengthen the importance of their customers. We aim to:

– create a closer connection to customers– make customer benefits more tangible– further ease the burden on our customers – achieve a unique selling proposition

MIXING GROUP

We have installed latest technologies for you in the new HF MIXING GROUP technical center. We can carry out laboratory trails and at the same time offer you the trial analysis close to production on an intermeshing and tangential line. The oper-ation of our two mixer lines is completely auto-mated and both lines are equipped with the latest solutions. The rotors are the heart of each line of mixers. The BM 20 N tangential production line has therefore been designed for simple rotor exchange so that you can enjoy maximum flexibility.

Energy efficiency is of great importance to us. The IM 45 E intermeshing production line has a new and innovative drive system consisting of a motor constructed from modules and several standard motors, energy-efficient TCUs and the iRam. In addition we would like to offer you a comprehen-sive training at the new premises. Units are cur-rently being built for this purpose, for instance to demonstrate hydraulics and rotor functions.

We have devoted ourselves to the development and realization of the technical center with an ambition and technical passion. That is where our promise to you comes from: We will optimize our technol-ogy and services and develop the best possible benefits for our customers with “pure passion.” In the end, we can say that we have created the most advanced testing and development center for rubber mixing technology – a place that is in-tended to inspire and spark passion for new mixing technology procedures and testing.

Additionally this area was designed without support columns in order to optimize the accessibility of the discharge devices. Last but not least, technical ele-ments from each of the companies in our Group can be found in the technical center. It is therefore a facility that binds us – to our customers and to our interna-tional Group and its individual companies Harburg-Freudenberger, Farrel, and Pomini Rubber & Plastics.
