The Dallas Love Field Good Neighbor Plan proposes to improve theland and aesthetics within its Area of Influence to promote economic

development opportunities, and expand on the City of Dallas goals of

developing livable, walkable and interconnected neighborhoods.

The Good Neighbor Plan will seek synergy between ongoing plans for

the improvement and development of Love Field facilities with theGoals and Transformative Strategies identified in the Downtown Dallas

360 Plan.

The framework of the DowntownDallas 360 Plan includes threeoverarching goals, each of which areapplicable to Dallas Love Field andits neighboring development.

The goals will be accomplished withthe network of downtown districtsthrough the power of fivetransformative strategies.

Focus areas within the districts havebeen identified to prioritizephysical, economic and other

improvements, in order to synergizepublic and private developmentopportunities and achievedcoordinated success over time.

The Transformative Strategies ofDowntown Dallas 360 provide aplanning framework that could also

be applied in planning developmentin and around Dallas Love Field.

The Good Neighbor Plan provides Dallas with a cohesive plan that notonly connects the local community of Love Field with one another but iscomplementary with the Downtown Dallas 360 plan.

This provides Dallas with a 360-degree plan for Love Field itself.

Through pedestrian-oriented environments, public infrastructureimprovements, new development and a network of recreational trails, theGood Neighbor Plan will promote long-term economic and social growth inand around Love Field.
