Teapot and Matched Cups1.Students will be required to complete a
teapot and four cups.
2.The student must complete a series of drawings dealing with form. A compositional theme must be developed and repeated through the teapot and each cup.
3.Students must choose slab, coil or wheel construction
4.Students must create a finished surface that is decorative and not a single color.

The Rubric for this task
• 100-90 Students who achieve at the highest level for this grading criteria and who demonstrate an extra creative effort may receive this score for their work.
• 89-80 Students who are proficient for this grading criteria and who demonstrate active class involvement may receive this score for their work.
• 79-70 Student who have a basic grasp of this grading criteria and demonstrates active class involvement and/or limited application of the concept may receive this score for their work.
• 69-60 Students are at below basic proficiency for this grading criteria and demonstrates limited class involvement and limited application of the concept may receive this score for their work.
• 59-0 Students who submit work that is unacceptable for this criteria and who demonstrates limited class involvement may receive this score for their work.
