CREACTIVE is a one-of-a-kind series of circus art experiences that take place in the dreamlike playscape at the beautiful Club Med Punta Cana resort in the Dominican Republic.

Under expert staff supervision from our Gentils Circassiens, trained by Cirque du Soleil & Club Med, guests will have the

unique opportunity to discover up to 30 recreational acrobatic & artistic activities.

These activities, inspired from Cirque du Soleil shows & the circus world, are designed for both adults and children*.

> Each CREACTIVE teambuilding session will combine circus arts with relevant themes.

> The result will be a dynamic teambuilding

session, providing a new perspective on teamwork.

> Aerial arts, flying trapeze, juggling, dancing, and stilt-walking are just a few of the activities

available at CREACTIVE.

> Participants will have a fun & unique experience. They will also walk away with

insights that they can apply to their personal & professional lives.

> With teambuilding as the overarching goal, each session is guided by a specific theme.

> Groups select 1 of the 3 core themes, depending on their objectives:

1. Nurturing creativity

Help your team generate innovative ideas and approaches !

This program will hone critical thinking skills, encourage ingenuity, and inspire groups to take unconventional routes

to accomplish goals. Your group will learn to think differently

as they brainstorm and activate solutions that will require the use of

inspiration and intuition. Sessions related to this theme will help

participants think more creatively, especially about the ways they do and

the ways they can work better together.

2. Taking risks

Your group will tackle chancy situations and learn the rewards of

taking on challenges. They will move through a series of artistic and

acrobatic activities that will require them to assess and take healthy

risks. Your group will break the rules and stray outside of their comfort zone

as they develop new levels of tolerance for uncertain endeavors. This session will increase loyalty, trust and tolerance in your group.

3. Exceeding limits

Your team will overcome obstacles that, at the start, may seem

insurmountable. In addition to

session improves communication, mediation & problem-solving skills.

Participants will experience increased self-esteem and feelings of achievement as they set a goal and then strive to improve by going

the extra mile. By engaging in energizing circus arts,

your group will discover that odds which are impossible for an

individual are beatable as a team.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL TEAMBUILDING SESSION CONSIST OF?

> Skilled facilitators & circus arts instructors will guide your group through a series of interactive modules.

> A typical session consists of introductions, a warm-up activity, 2 circus activities (1 acrobatic & 1 artistic), a final group performance and a debrief.
