    Used Survey Monkey to collect participantresponses Survey contained 9 questions.

    Correct/incorrect answers were offered for questions

    pertaining to the participants knowledge and skills. A Likert scale was used for the responses pertaining to

    the participants attitude about the training provided bythe Agency.

    The scale ranges included: Strongly Disagree, Disagree,

    Neutral, Agree and Strongly Agree.

    The survey also included respondents an area forcomments.

    Responses were gathered and compiled viaSurvey Monkey and were available in real-time as responses were entered.

    One-third of those surveyed responded Responses were reviewed for patterns or

    differences

    Data was converted into charts to visually notecomparisons and differences.

    Respondents gave the same answers for theknowledge section of the survey. 80% answered all questions correctly.

    This can lead to the summation that all respondents

    learned the same information through theOrientation Training.
